We booked the holiday home for a week with friends
Upon arrival, we were already impressed by the 2 parking spaces directly in front of the entrance
The description of the holiday home was spot on. We were immediately enthusiastic,
everything was spacious, bright and very tastefully furnished. The holiday home surpassed all previous
Holidays in holiday flats or holiday homes in the shade. All rooms functional, spacious and very tastefully furnished. The kitchen area is so perfectly and functionally designed that it is fun to do the catering. There is simply nothing missing. The bedrooms also offer enough space and retreats with extra TV.
The bathrooms with floor-level showers are also very pleasant for older people. We also enjoyed using the sauna. The highlight is the warm whirlpool in the garden area. We hoped for a few nice days and they were made even more perfect by this sophisticated stay. We can only recommend this holiday home. It is also conceivable for family holidays with several generations. The spacious garden area is also ideal for children. The short way to the beach makes even a late walk to the sunset an experience.
We thank the landlords for providing us with this beautiful domicile in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and will definitely be back again.

This was already our 3rd stay in this apartment complex. The booking and the handling of arrival and departure are perfect and very, very nice every time. There are many houses available, this is a house which is very luxuriously furnished, it really leaves nothing to be desired. It doesn't have a sauna, which didn't bother us personally (with a toddler, 3 years old). The highlight for us and of course for our son was the heated outdoor pool, very comfortable and nice and big so that you can linger here in not so nice weather/sunshine. It was a bit of a pity for our little one that the sandpit could not be used because there was no sand, but you have the Baltic Sea almost on your doorstep. We were completely satisfied during our stay in this beautiful house and enjoyed our holiday very much. Everything you need for your daily needs and what you might have forgotten is close by (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, drugstore, etc.).
If you have any questions or requests, they will help you on the spot (or call) without any ifs and buts. Even if it is a bit more expensive compared to other holiday homes in the settlement, the stay is always worth it, and the garden is beautifully landscaped and invites you to relax and enjoy.
Suggestion for improvement:
We would have been very happy to have a beach chair/outdoor day bed/hammock, as the size of the property makes it possible, and we could also think about thicker, more comfortable cushions for the sun loungers.
Conclusion:
A wonderful holiday in a wonderfully furnished holiday home, which is without doubt also suitable for children. All thumbs up.

unfortunately, the house we had booked in the past from the Wichmann family was already occupied, so we switched to their second house in Karlshagen for this holiday. This time, too, our expectations with regard to the promising property description were met in full. In addition, there was an unusual amount of snow on Usedom during our holiday and it was also very cold. The snow was knee-deep in places, the Baltic Sea on the coast was frozen almost to the horizon, and there were even a few cross-country skiers on the beach. Only the good underfloor heating in the house provided warmth, but the fireplace, sauna and outdoor whirlpool naturally sweetened the icy days. In addition, there is the very nice on-site support by Mr. Fritsche, who is really very helpful and will certainly be happy to tell you something about his motorbike race track in Peenemünde. We can really recommend the two domiciles of the Wichmann family in Karlshagen, and we will certainly come back soon. Thank you Wichmann family for a wonderful holiday in your house in Karlshagen.
