The Achtersegler holiday home offers our holidaymakers everything they need for a HOLIDAY - peace, rest and relaxation.
Our holiday home is fully equipped to a high standard. 6 persons plus 1 toddler will find space to enjoy their holiday on 100 sqm:
On the ground floor there is a light-flooded living area with dining corner and an open kitchen. Books; 2xTV, DVD player, CD player and a mini hi-fi system complete the living area. A wood-burning stove is available for cosy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every comfort even for hobby cooks.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. A shower room with sauna complete the downstairs area.
The ground floor is accessible barrier-free.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. A baby cot is also available. n this room there is also a 2nd TV.
In a 3rd bedroom there are two single beds. There is also a shower room on the first floor.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house.
The bedrooms can be darkened with blackout blinds.
In the garden there is a terrace with south-west orientation, here you can enjoy wonderful summer evenings with a glass of wine
a glass of wine. 2 garden loungers and garden furniture (for 6 people) as well as 1 beach chair are available.
An outdoor whirlpool with 38°C is available for our guests all year round.

Location and surroundings of object
Nestled exactly between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser is the small seaside resort of Zempin on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom.
If you are looking for peace and quiet and love long walks, this is the place for you. The island of Usedom, known for its natural beauty, offers wonderful experiences not only for nature lovers. In addition to elongated coastal forests , extensive sandy beaches and untouched nature, the island is diverse like no other. Only a few minutes away by car you will find the seaside resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Bansin.
Pier bridges extend a few hundred metres into the sea, and the shopping experience is not neglected here either.
In Zempin itself you will find a bakery, and further shopping facilities can be found in Zinnowitz or Koserow. In terms of cuisine, the village is represented by several restaurants.
Zempin is worth a visit in summer and winter. We look forward to your enquiries!

| The visitor's tax is payable according to the statutes of the seaside resort of Zempin and depends on the season. We charge a deposit of € 150 for electricity consumption. This is calculated according to consumption and deducted from the deposit and deducted from the deposit. We charge 0,42€/Kwh. The credit from the deposit will be refunded. wonderful holiday home
The holiday home is located at the beginning of a small holiday home settlement and is quite close to the Achterwasser; the Baltic Sea beach is easily reachable on foot. It is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and has everything one desires for a vacation. The kitchen is excellently equipped, and we enjoyed cooking something delicious after long walks. Using the outdoor hot tub and the sauna was particularly delightful. The housekeeper, Mrs. Schmidt, greeted us very kindly and surprised us with a bottle of delicious wine and sweets. This is how you enjoy starting a vacation! Unfortunately, this week went by far too quickly. We would like to sincerely thank our hosts, the Schmidt family, for the very friendly communication and the truly superb last-minute booking. They deserve great praise for this wonderfully planned house, thought out down to the smallest detail. May you always have a well-booked house full of guests who appreciate these amenities!

Bullseye!
We were on Usedom for the first time and hit the jackpot with the Achtersegler holiday home. Mrs. Schmidt, the good soul of the house, was already waiting for us. She showed us around the house, explained the function of the sauna and the outdoor hot tub. The house was very clean, so we immediately felt comfortable. The house is also tastefully furnished. Everything you need is available. The highlight is the hot tub, when you sit in the warm water on a cold evening and can watch the stars, a dream! We will definitely come back. Great accommodation with all comforts
We stayed in this beautiful holiday home in Zempin for the first time and were thrilled from the first minute! The location between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser is ideal as a starting point for many activities. The loving and tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired - there was really nothing missing!
The new outdoor whirlpool was an absolute highlight of this holiday home for us and our children.
We will definitely be back and can highly recommend it.
