The 5* Strandhaus Karlshagen is an exclusive holiday home built in 2017 with tasteful and stylish furnishings. The living space is generously proportioned at approx. 145 m² and leaves nothing to be desired. The house is enclosed by a plot of approx. 700 m². You can easily park your car on the property.
On the two terraces, you can start the day with pleasure or end the holiday in a cosy atmosphere.
In the 5* beach house, comfort meets personal guest care - including free Wi-Fi. The non-smoking house with its high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and wood-burning stove has numerous amenities and plenty of space to feel at home.
Many useful and functional things are already available in the beach house, so that you can arrive and holiday relaxed.
The house has a heatable outdoor whirlpool, which can be used all year round. Conjure up your own wellness oasis full of unforgettable moments of peace and relaxation.
In the beach house, the open modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, Thermomix T5 and stand mixer WMF, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee maker, a toaster, kettle, invites you to linger in any season. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the utility room.
The Finnish sauna with an infrared cabin and the relaxation and wellness area invite you to spend relaxing hours, not only in the cold season.
On arrival, the beds are made up and each person will find 2 towels and a shower towel.

The location of the house with the typical thatched roof, which is located in the nature reserve, will convince you. In just a few metres you are at the white sandy beach on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Wow! What a view!
