With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 135 sqm of living space, 6 adults will find space and leisure for relaxing holidays. The colours are black, white and red, the overall concept is stylish and harmonious. The villa impresses with its HÜLSTA furniture and box spring beds
For your comfort you will find 3 pillows, a boil-proof pillow 80 X 80, a pillow 40 X 80 for the optimal angle ratio shoulder/neck/head, and a "Fritzchen" 40 X 40 cm
The kitchen does credit to a star chef in terms of equipment.
You will find 4 flat screen TVs on site, in the living room, as well as in each bedroom
The bathrooms in the two upstairs bedrooms are en suite, in the downstairs bedroom the bathroom is directly opposite
Front door, patio door, downstairs bedroom, downstairs shower are barrier free, a suction handle for the shower can be issued. Further aids can be obtained through a local care service
The fireplace makes the house cosy. Sauna and infrared cabin are on site, an outdoor whirlpool ( always 37 degrees ) is especially recommended in winter
The villa is situated in the first row on the Achterwasser, and offers views of the water from the living room, the gallery above and the balcony
A four-legged guest is welcome, he will find a dog bed, his own blanket and bowls on site
Your dog will love it, because when you leave the property through the little gate, great freedom awaits him all the way to the Achterwasser
The wi-fi in the house is free of charge.

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht.Die spiegelgleichen Schlafzimmer mit dazugehörigem Bad in der oberen Etage machen das Haus auch für befreundete Paare geeignet.
Das Bad im Erdgeschoss konnte so prima nur zum saunieren genutzt werden.Perfektioniert wurde unsere eigene kleine Wellnessoase ( ideal in diesen schwierigen Zeiten) durch den schönen OpenAir Whirlpool.
Das ganze Haus wurde durch Frau Schmidt prima vorbereitet und hat uns freundlich mit einer hübschen Überraschung empfangen.Der Kontakt zu ihr war immer möglich und jederzeit freundlich und flexibel.Ebenso der Austausch mit Frau Klodt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns bedanken.
Der kleine Punktabzug zur Lage ist nur der Entfernung zum Zentrum von Zinnowitz bzw. der Strandpromenade geschuldet.

Wunderschönes Haus in Toplage
Uns hat das Haus und dessen Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Kritisch angemerkt werden muss die mangelhafte Reinigung, speziell der Entfernung vorhandener Spinnenweben. Auch andere ärgerliche Kleinigkeiten, die der Hausdame vor Übergabe an den Mieter auffallen sollten, blieben durch sie unerkannt. Leider muss ich sagen, dass der Umgang mit dem Mieter durch die Hausdame stark ausbaufähig ist. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Frau Klodt war hingegen jederzeit erste Klasse.

Wieder ein gelungener Urlaub!
Wir (2 Erwachsene mit Hund) waren jetzt zum 3. Mal in diesem wirklich schönen Haus. Das Wetter war zwar nicht so gut, aber Whirlpool und Sauna waren topp. Wir haben uns gut erholt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Recreation on the Achterwasser
Very nice house with all the comforts for a holiday by the sea. There were wonderful walks directly in front of the house to the dyke, on which you can walk for hours. The infrared cabin in the garden house was unknown to us until then: At sub-zero temperatures we let it warm up for twenty minutes and then came to fully enjoy the healing effects. We used the sauna in the house and the whirlpool in the garden in the sun and night sky.

Ein mängelbehafteter Winterurlaub in einem nicht ausreichend gepflegten Haus
Statt Traumurlaub zu viele vermeidbare Ärgernisse u.ä. Für uns keine 5,0; Minuspunkte: Bei Ankunft: 19° im Wohnraum, Pool (ohne Wind- u. Sichtschutz) Temperatur 33° statt 37° , TV im r. Sz total verstellt - Umzug vor d. Schlafen; Saunabad: Duschkopf der weißen Handbrause innen schwarz verschmutzt, Flusensiebe im Trockner ungereinigt - beides selbst gesäubert; Regendusche verkalkt; Deckenlampen u. Fliegengitter mit toten Insekten, tw. defekte Beleuchtung, Waschmitteleinspülung unsauber, schwerstgängiges Haustürschloss - bis zur völligen Blockade bei Frost, Infrarotkabine für uns nicht nutzbar (n. Vorgabe 30 Min geheizt: Von 3,7° auf 5°, nach 1 Std. 6,2°), schwaches WLAN, Bettdecken ohne Kuschelfaktor. Unsere Erfahrung: 5 Poolhäuser in 2 J., 3 i.d. Siedlung - im Ranking Schlusslicht, auch mit d. Vermieterin

Sehr geehrte Interessenten für die Villa MODERNE ZEITEN, es ist schade, dass es möglich ist, dass Gäste Lügen in dieser Form verbreiten. Nichts davon stimmt, was Frau Petra W. hier geschrieben hat. Ich habe mit dem Portal Kontakt aufgenommen, aber leider sind diese unwahren Behauptungen nicht herauszunehmen.
Versuchen Sie es mit uns, wie viele zufriedene Gäste vorher. Die Villa ist seit 2011 in der Vermietung, und ich muss sagen , solche Gäste hatte ich noch nie. Gott sei Dank kann man nur sagen.
