Modern holiday flat with swimming pool and sauna in the year-round complex "Haus Roland" in Zinnowitz. The holiday complex is quietly located on the edge of the forest. The centre and the beach of Zinnowitz are only a five-minute walk away. The flat has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and WC. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker with oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. All items for daily use are also sufficiently available here. The swimming pool area is open again. The in-house swimming pool and sauna are available to you free of charge.

The resort "Roland House" is on the Glienberg, on a beautiful wooded area. Vermilion is the largest and one of the most picturesque resorts on Usedom. The central location of all the other places on Usedom are within easy reach. A wide, sandy beach, adjacent to the beech and pine forests, and the beach promenade are ideal for long walks.
