Description

Holiday flat 494 in the "Reethaus" Wolgastsee is located in the sunniest region of Germany. The holiday flat under thatch is approx. 63 m², has a living-dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating is available in all bathrooms. The south-facing, wind-protected balcony, sunny from morning to evening, lends a beautiful view of the grounds. The balcony is equipped with 4 chairs, table and parasol
In the entrance area there is a large communal storage room for bicycles or golf bags. WLAN connection is available. Our guests can use the entire spa area of approx. 1500 m2 with various saunas, indoor pool and outdoor swimming pond in the nearby hotel, as often and as long as they want, free of charge. You can also book special massages and other treatments there. In the hotel at the reception you can order bread or rolls and also buy various newspapers. Thanks to the hotel's own mini oven with grill, you can also bake your own bread. For an appropriate fee, you can of course have breakfast at the hotel, as well as visit all 3 of the hotel's restaurants.

Location and surroundings of object

Directly, just a few steps away, next to the Achterwasser ' Balmer See' are some wonderful restaurants, such as 'Die Alte Schule' (original Italian cuisine) or the 'Balmer Steakhus'. For fish lovers, we recommend the Nepperminer Fischpalast in Neppermin with a view of the Achterwasser from the sun terrace or the Bauernstube in Morgenitz (famous for its boneless pike-perch from the pan).
In addition to golf, the location offers all kinds of recreational opportunities, such as swimming, sunbathing and cycling in the varied landscapes, characterised by meadows and forests as well as lakes, providing habitats for numerous protected animals such as the kingfisher, white-tailed eagle and plants such as cotton grass and sea thistle. The hotel's wellness facilities are a highlight, both in summer with the swimming pond and in winter or on rainy days with a wide variety of saunas and treatments.
The famous imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. The bridge in Heringsdorf is not only the most modern, but at 508 metres it is also the longest managed bridge in Germany. The 200 km of well-developed cycle paths are always popular for cycling tours. The village of Balm is surrounded by beech, oak and conifer forests and endless meadows. Storks, cranes, grey geese, otters, red deer, white-tailed eagles and many other rare animal species still live here. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes and budgets.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home is a beautiful 2 x 18 and 1 x 9-hole golf course with driving range, which is incomparable on the island and is located in a nature reserve and which every golfer in Germany knows or should know. Balm is also the starting point for short and extensive cycling tours. The surrounding restaurants and cafes invite you to take a break. In summer, the large "Weiße Düne" (white dune) in Neppermin invites you to small and extensive sailing trips as a day tour or evening tour. The physical well-being is also catered for there.

Towels are changed free of charge after 7 days for bookings of 14 days. For a dog we charge € 85,00. The washing machine and dryer are located in the outbuilding directly next to the parking spaces. Relaxing days in Usedom

The holiday apartment on the 1st floor was very good, one of the best we have experienced in our many vacations in holiday apartments. It was very practical and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable there when we came "home."

The holiday complex is very well maintained, the bike room was easily accessible at ground level in the entrance area and had two sockets for e-bikes.

The location by the "Achterwasser" is very beautiful. It is pleasantly quiet there. Even if you don't come here to play golf, you can engage in sports and take beautiful bike tours around the island from here. A car is recommended, as there are few shopping options in the immediate vicinity.

The possibility of using the wellness area in the nearby hotel was another plus point.

It was also good that the apartment comes with its own parking space in front of the house.

Pole of tranquillity to the turbulent Baltic Sea coastline

We spent this year's cycling holiday in Balm with our friends. We liked the holiday flat very much, we felt comfortable all around. The external environment, the view of the beautiful nature and the peace and quiet were very pleasant. The layout of the flat with the two complete bathrooms was well solved. The furnishings with the many objects of daily use left us wanting for nothing. The lockable storage room in the entrance area for our bicycles served us well. All in all, a haven of peace from the turbulent Baltic Sea coast.

A very relaxing short vacation that we would like to repeat.

The apartment is very well equipped. In addition to everything necessary for a self-catering holiday, there are also three televisions. The whole house is clean, well-maintained, and above all quiet. The recommendations of the landlord couple for recommended restaurants are excellent.

Now in late autumn, there was hardly any activity on the golf course. The view of the golf course is very nice and if the sun had shone a little stronger, you could even sit on the balcony.

The hygiene rules were also very well observed. The corridors and stair railings were cleaned twice a day.

From here, the sights of Usedom are very easy to reach and when the route via Anklam is open again, the journey is also much easier.

Wonderful winter holiday on Usedom

We spent a very nice week in the well-equipped and beautifully furnished holiday flat. The flat is highly recommended, especially for those who are looking for peace and quiet and love the Baltic Sea in winter. Everything worked out, the contact with the landlords was very nice. On the day of arrival we were welcomed by the caretaker who showed us around. We enjoyed the welcome wine as well as the wellness area of the adjacent hotel. Really a great holiday - many thanks to the Cloppenburg family.

Erholung pur

We stayed in the apartment with 4 people. The apartment is located in a completely quiet area with a view of the greenery. The caretaker welcomed and looked after us reliably and nicely. The apartment is well laid out, with a particular advantage of 2 bathrooms, each directly connected to the respective bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. The use of the spa area is a treat for body and soul. We returned home fully rested from our vacation. This accommodation can be wholeheartedly recommended without reservation.

Directly on the golf course, beautiful apartment, wellness next door.

A very well-equipped apartment with many details. The owner and the trusted person on site are very helpful and nice. The view from the balcony directly overlooking the golf course with sunset is very beautiful. The balcony was a bit small for 4 people. The free entry to the wellness facility next door is very worthwhile, and the sunbathing area right by the lake with bathing jetty is as well. Personally, we found it somewhat remote, but very romantic. We had a very nice time and also good weather. My husband was on the golf course every day, and my daughter was in the pool or lake every day. We can really only recommend the apartment and warmly thank the Cloppenburg family.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment. Facilities of a high standard. Slight deductions in service as we had to request extra towels. Furthermore, the statement that bicycles are included in the rental price for a 14-day stay is not accurate. The bathing facilities are simple, especially the toilet seat covers. It is particularly worth mentioning that the wellness area of the adjacent hotel can be used free of charge. Highly recommended for golf enthusiasts, but not only for them. Very quiet location.

Super nice vacation in the mountains.

We have now stayed in this vacation rental for the second time and have already reserved it for 2017. The apartment lacks nothing! ! ! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a gift from the Cloppenburg family in the form of a delicious bottle of wine. Thank you very much for that. To reach the open sea, you need to drive by car or, like us this year, cycle for one hour. The beautiful wellness area of the Golf Hotel can be used free of charge. Towels and bathrobes are provided. The vacation apartment was super clean! We will come back.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Even the most beautiful summer vacation comes to an end at some point. The sunny island of Usedom offers many possibilities for an active, varied, or simply relaxing holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle of the imperial resorts, the stay in the superbly equipped holiday apartment was pure relaxation. The apartment offers plenty of space and all the comforts with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - not to mention the excellent wellness offering in the nearby golf hotel and the quiet location by Lake Balmer. There are no wishes left unfulfilled for a dream vacation.

It doesn't get any better than this

We spent a week in the apartment with our teenage son and felt very comfortable. The standard of the apartment is very high, nothing is missing. The apartment is ideal for families looking for peace and quiet and, if desired, can easily hop on a bike or in the car to visit the spa towns for some excitement. The option to use the hotel's wellness facilities is, of course, a special bonus. Otherwise, it's pure nature at Lake Balmer. The sunsets are breathtaking. There is much to explore in the surrounding area, and the restaurants away from the crowded beach resorts are better anyway. The lawnmowers from the neighboring golf course can be heard in the morning, but they are not really disruptive. We will definitely come back, but next time probably with our golf equipment in tow.

First class, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts

We were two people in this apartment for a week. There is nothing missing in this apartment, the furnishings are high quality. The windows in all rooms have insect screens; you can leave the windows open and still keep the mosquitoes out. - The hotel's own bathroom can be used without any problems, the bathroom and sauna are luxurious, the service is good and discreet, especially beautiful is the outdoor swimming pool set in the greenery with water from Lake Balmer. One has friendly and considerate neighbors, nobody disturbs the peace. However, the golf course is also mowed here from time to time. We recommend this apartment to anyone who can consider giving up living directly by the sea. You can enjoy the beautiful countryside more in the hinterland.

Beautiful holiday apartment on the island of Usedom

We had a relaxing holiday in the very beautiful vacation apartment. It is excellently equipped, very well maintained, and located absolutely quiet in the beautiful nature on Balmer Lake. We enjoyed everything very much. The fantastic wellness area of the neighboring hotel, which we used regularly, also contributed to this. We explored the entire island with our bicycles and enjoyed the nature.

We had booked the apartment for 3 people. Unfortunately, our son couldn't come with us. The fully equipped and cozy apartment with 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms (each with shower, sink, and toilet) is located in a quiet area directly on the Achterwasser, right next to a golf course. The free use of the beautiful wellness area of the golf hotel is also worth mentioning. The optional bicycles (ladies' and men's) provide a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area. The men's bicycles make a high-quality impression and are technically and visually okay and can be ridden well. This apartment is highly recommended for pure stress-free relaxation in nature.

Erholsame Woche

As a married couple with a 15-year-old daughter, we had a relaxing stay here. The apartment lacks nothing. The house is quiet and the surrounding area can be explored well by bike. The saunas in the neighboring hotel are also great. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately a bit slower than what one is used to at home. We would come back anytime.

Relaxing family and wellness vacation

Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday. It left nothing to be desired. The holiday apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished with plenty of space. The location is simply fantastic, with a lot of peace to relax and unwind. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free use of the wellness facilities, with all saunas, steam baths, and the pool area. The surroundings can also be explored easily in winter by car, bike, and on foot. We felt very comfortable here and would recommend it without hesitation. For this, there is only one thing to say actually: SUPER! Thank you very much.

New Year's Eve celebration

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you. You immediately feel comfortable in the vacation rental. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and very well maintained. A major advantage of the vacation rental is that the comfortable wellness facility of the golf hotel can be used at no extra cost. The surroundings of the golf course at Blumer Lake are pure nature. Highly recommended!

I am married and have 2 children and in the meantime 5 grandchildren. My husband is a banker by profession and worked for many years as a board member of a Frankfurt-based bank. Now that he has retired, we live together again in the Bergisches Land, near Cologne. We love the water and the sea. We used to go to Sylt very often; after the reunification we learned to love and appreciate the beautiful sides of the island of Usedom, with much better weather and much more sun.
