Holiday flat 494 in the "Reethaus" Wolgastsee is located in the sunniest region of Germany. The holiday flat under thatch is approx. 63 m², has a living-dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating is available in all bathrooms. The south-facing, wind-protected balcony, sunny from morning to evening, lends a beautiful view of the grounds. The balcony is equipped with 4 chairs, table and parasol
In the entrance area there is a large communal storage room for bicycles or golf bags. WLAN connection is available. Our guests can use the entire spa area of approx. 1500 m2 with various saunas, indoor pool and outdoor swimming pond in the nearby hotel, as often and as long as they want, free of charge. You can also book special massages and other treatments there. In the hotel at the reception you can order bread or rolls and also buy various newspapers. Thanks to the hotel's own mini oven with grill, you can also bake your own bread. For an appropriate fee, you can of course have breakfast at the hotel, as well as visit all 3 of the hotel's restaurants.

Directly, just a few steps away, next to the Achterwasser ' Balmer See' are some wonderful restaurants, such as 'Die Alte Schule' (original Italian cuisine) or the 'Balmer Steakhus'. For fish lovers, we recommend the Nepperminer Fischpalast in Neppermin with a view of the Achterwasser from the sun terrace or the Bauernstube in Morgenitz (famous for its boneless pike-perch from the pan).
In addition to golf, the location offers all kinds of recreational opportunities, such as swimming, sunbathing and cycling in the varied landscapes, characterised by meadows and forests as well as lakes, providing habitats for numerous protected animals such as the kingfisher, white-tailed eagle and plants such as cotton grass and sea thistle. The hotel's wellness facilities are a highlight, both in summer with the swimming pond and in winter or on rainy days with a wide variety of saunas and treatments.
The famous imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. The bridge in Heringsdorf is not only the most modern, but at 508 metres it is also the longest managed bridge in Germany. The 200 km of well-developed cycle paths are always popular for cycling tours. The village of Balm is surrounded by beech, oak and conifer forests and endless meadows. Storks, cranes, grey geese, otters, red deer, white-tailed eagles and many other rare animal species still live here. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes and budgets.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home is a beautiful 2 x 18 and 1 x 9-hole golf course with driving range, which is incomparable on the island and is located in a nature reserve and which every golfer in Germany knows or should know. Balm is also the starting point for short and extensive cycling tours. The surrounding restaurants and cafes invite you to take a break. In summer, the large "Weiße Düne" (white dune) in Neppermin invites you to small and extensive sailing trips as a day tour or evening tour. The physical well-being is also catered for there.

Pole of tranquillity to the turbulent Baltic Sea coastline
We spent this year's cycling holiday in Balm with our friends. We liked the holiday flat very much, we felt comfortable all around. The external environment, the view of the beautiful nature and the peace and quiet were very pleasant. The layout of the flat with the two complete bathrooms was well solved. The furnishings with the many objects of daily use left us wanting for nothing. The lockable storage room in the entrance area for our bicycles served us well. All in all, a haven of peace from the turbulent Baltic Sea coast.

A very relaxing short vacation that we would like to repeat.
The apartment is very well equipped. In addition to everything necessary for a self-catering holiday, there are also three televisions. The whole house is clean, well-maintained, and above all quiet. The recommendations of the landlord couple for recommended restaurants are excellent.
Now in late autumn, there was hardly any activity on the golf course. The view of the golf course is very nice and if the sun had shone a little stronger, you could even sit on the balcony.
The hygiene rules were also very well observed. The corridors and stair railings were cleaned twice a day.
From here, the sights of Usedom are very easy to reach and when the route via Anklam is open again, the journey is also much easier.

Wonderful winter holiday on Usedom
We spent a very nice week in the well-equipped and beautifully furnished holiday flat. The flat is highly recommended, especially for those who are looking for peace and quiet and love the Baltic Sea in winter. Everything worked out, the contact with the landlords was very nice. On the day of arrival we were welcomed by the caretaker who showed us around. We enjoyed the welcome wine as well as the wellness area of the adjacent hotel. Really a great holiday - many thanks to the Cloppenburg family.

Erholung pur
Wir haben mit 4 Personen die Wohnung bewohnt. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Der Hausmeister hat uns zuverlässig und nett empfangen und betreut. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, ein besonderer Vorteil sind 2 Bäder jeweils in direkter Lage zum jeweiligen Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nutzung des Spa-Bereiches ist eine Wohltat für Leib und Seele. Wir sind rundum erholt aus unserem Urlaub nach Hause gekommen. Wohlwollend kann man diese Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Direkt auf dem Golfplatz,schöne Wohnung,Wellness nebenan
Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Details.Der Besitzer und die Vertrauensperson vor Ort sind sehr bemüht und nett.Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den Golfplatz mit Sonnenuntergang sehr schön. Uns war der Balkon mit 4 Personen nur etwas zu klein.Der freie Eintritt in die Wellnessanlage nebenan ist sehr lohnend und die Liegewiese direkt am See mit Badesteg ebenfalls. Uns persönlich war es etwas zu abgelegen,aber sehr romantisch.Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und auch gutes Wetter.Mein Mann war jeden Tag auf dem Golfplatz und meine Tochter jeden Tag im Pool oder See.Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen und uns bei Fam.Cloppenburg herzlich bedanken.

Sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnumg. Einrichtug der gehobenen Klasse. Beim Service leichte Abstriche, da zum Handtuchwechsel extra aufgefordert werden musste. Des weiteren stimmt die Aussage nicht, das bei 14 tägigem Aufenthalt, Fahrräder im Mietpreis enthalten sind. Badeinrichtung ist einfach gehalten,besonders die Toilettendeckel. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Umstand, das der Wellnesbereich des anliegenden Hotels kostenfrei benutzt werden darf. Für Freunde des Golfsportes sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht nur für diese. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Super schöner Urlaub
Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung nun schon das zweite Mal bezogen und für 2017 bereits vor reserviert. In der Wohnung fehlt es ein einem an nichts!!! Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich einen Gruß von Fam. Cloppenburg in Form einer Flasche leckerem Wein. Vielen Dank dafür. Zum offenen Meer muss man mit dem Auto fahren oder wie wir in diesem Jahr mit dem Fahrrad in einer Std. Der wunderschöne Wellnessbereich des Golfhotel darf kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden. Handtücher und Bademantel sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war Tipp Tipp sauber!!!! Wir kommen wieder.

Ein perfekter Urlaub
Auch der schönste Sommerurlaub geht einmal zu Ende. Die Sonneninsel Usedom bietet viele Möglichkeiten für einen aktiven, abwechslungsreichen oder einfach nur entspannenden Urlaub. Abseits vom Trubel der Kaiserbäder war der Aufenthalt in der super ausgestatteten FeWo Erholung pur. Die Wohnung bietet mit 2 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmern reichlich Platz und jeglichen Komfort - nicht zu vergessen das hervorragende Wellnessangebot im benachbarten Golfhotel und die ruhige Lage am Balmer See. Da bleiben für einen Traumurlaub keine Wünsche offen.

Besser geht es nicht
Wir haben mit unserem Sohn im Teenager-Alter eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Standard der Wohnung ist sehr hoch, es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist für Familien bestens geeignet, die Ruhe suchen und sich bei Bedarf, wenn doch mal Trubel gewünscht ist, auf`s Fahrrad setzen oder ins Auto schwingen und in die Bäderorte fahren. Das Angebot die Wellnesslandschaft des Hotels nutzen zu können, ist natürlich ein besonderes Extra. Ansonsten Natur pur am Balmer See. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Es gibt im Umland viel zu erkunden und die Gaststätten abseits der überlaufenen Bäderorte sind eh besser. Die Rasenmäher des benachbarten Golfplatzes sind am Morgen zwar zu hören, aber nicht wirklich störend. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, aber dann wohl mit der Golfausrüstung im Gepäck.

erstklassig, abseits vom Bäderrummel
Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Es fehlt nichts in dieser Wohnung, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Die Fenster aller Zimmer haben Fliegengitter; man kann die Fenster offen lassen und doch bleiben die Mücken draußen. - Das hoteleigene Bad kann man problemlos benutzen, Bad und Sauna sind luxuriös, der Service ist gut und zurückhaltend, besonders schön ist das im Grünen eingebettete Außenschwimmbecken mit Wasser aus dem Balmer See. - Man hat freundliche und rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn, niemand stört die Ruhe. Allerdings wird der Golfplatz auch hier hin und wieder gemäht. - Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung jedem, der sich mit dem Gedanken anfreunden kann, auf ein Wohnen direkt am Meer zu verzichten. Von der schönen Landschaft hat man im Hinterland mehr.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung auf der Insel Usedom
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie ist hervorrangend ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und absolut ruhig in der wunderschönen Natur am Balmer See gelegen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen. Dazu trug auch noch der phantastische Wellness-Bereich des benachbarten Hotels bei, den wir regelmäßig nutzten. Wir haben die gesamte Insel mit unseren Fahrräder erkundet und uns an der Natur erfreut.

Erholsame Woche
Wir hatten die Wohnung für 3 Personen gebucht. Leider konnte unser Sohn dann nicht mitkommen. Die voll ausgestattete und gemütlich eingerichetete Wohnung mit jeweils 2 Doppelzimmern und 2 Badezimmern (jeweils mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette) liegt in ruhiger Lage direkt am Achterwasser unmittelbar an einer Golfanlage. Die kostenlose Mitbenutzung des schönen Wellness-Bereichs des Golf-Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Die mitbuchbaren Fahrräder (Damen- u. Herrenfahrrad) machen einen wertigen Eindruck und sind technisch und optisch ok und lassen sich gut fahren. Für pure stressfreie Erholung in der Natur ist diese Wohnung voll zu empfehlen.

Erholsame Woche
Als Ehepaar mit 15jähriger Tochter hatten wir hier einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Das Haus ist ruhig und die Umgebung kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Die Saunen im benachbarten Hotel sind auch klasse. Das W-LAN ist leider etwas langsamer, als wie man das von Zuhause aus gewohnt ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

erholsamer Familien und Wellnessurlaub
vielen dank für den wundervollen Urlaub. Er lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Ferienwohnung liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Platz. Die Lage einfach traumhaft, mit viel Ruhe zum entspannen und erholen. Auch die kostenlose Wellnesnutzung haben wir ausgiebig genossen, mit allen Saunen, Dampfbädern und dem Badebereich. Die Umgebung lässt sich auch im Winter per Auto, Fahrrad und zu Fuss gut erkunden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefüllt und würden sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Für dies gibt es eigentlich nur eins zu sagen SUPER!!!!!!!! Vielen dank.

Jahreswechselfeier
Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung ist, ist hier genau richtig, In der Ferienwohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Sie ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Ein großes Plus der Ferienwohnung ist, dass die komfortable Wellnessanlage des Golfhotels ohne Zusatzkosten mitgenutzt werden kann. Die Umgebung der Golfanlage am Blumer See ist Natur pur.
