The inviting 3.5 room flat in the Dünenhaus Südstrand, awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association, is stylishly and modernly furnished and offers a friendly home for the most beautiful time of the year. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the flats at Dünenhaus Südstrand. The spacious, approx. 70 m², 3-room flat comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and a small child. The two balconies, one facing east (ideal for breakfast), the other facing south, promise relaxing holiday hours with a fantastic view. From the wonderful south-facing balcony you can look out over the lush green hilly landscape to the deep blue Baltic Sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, oven and microwave. Of course, there is a coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of cutlery and crockery. The flat offers a comfortable shower room, the toilet is separate. Spacious living rooms next to a comfortable sofa corner with cable TV and DVD player as well as a small stereo system, two separate bedrooms with double bed and additionally a smaller storage room make the exclusive 4-star comfort perfect.
The 3.5-room flat, equipped with 2 balconies and furnished to a high standard, offers plenty of space for 4 people. The dune house also offers various amenities, such as a small children's playground, a private parking space for each flat, lockable bicycle shed, W L A N, coin-operated washing machine and dryer and much more. The sophisticated flair of the Baltic seaside resort of Göhren, situated on a promontory directly on the coast, offers the ideal environment for your dream holiday. Two golden and very clean sandy beaches, each about 6 kilometres long, numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, the villas of the picturesque village lovingly restored and newly built in ornate seaside resort architecture make the Baltic resort of Göhren one of the most popular holiday resorts on the sunny island of Rügen
The completely traffic-calmed village is the optimal starting point for your bathing holiday as well as for your excursions and hikes. The varied landscape of the Mönchgut opens up right on your doorstep, providing the perfect backdrop for extensive discovery tours.
Embedded in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, the Mönchgut is for many the most beautiful part of the sunny island. The wide landscape framed by the deep blue Baltic Sea is criss-crossed by calm Bodden waters and garnished by small mountain ranges, such as the Zicker Mountains, and bizarre headlands, such as the Reddevitzer Höft. Small harbours in Seedorf and Gager attract visitors with their maritime flair and numerous sailing and fishing boats. Freshly caught Baltic fish is also always available here
To the north of the Mönchgut lies the Granitz with its rustic forest, bizarre cliffs and the fairytale Jagschloss with its large observation tower.
Other Rügen highlights, such as the chalk cliffs, Cape Arkona, the Baltic seaside resorts of Sellin and Binz, and the island of Hiddensee, are best discovered by boat from the Baltic seaside resort of Göhren. Excursion steamers dock regularly at the Göhren pier.
The beautiful spa gardens of the Baltic resort with water features, a Kneipp pool and the "Kurmuschel" (spa shell), where concerts are regularly held in the summer months, are also located at the pier. The amber promenade also begins in the spa park and stretches along Goehren's northern beach via Baabe to the Baltic resort of Sellin
Near the amber promenade is also the terminus of the Rasender Roland, the historic, steam-driven Rügen miniature railway. With it, you can discover many sights on a leisurely ride and enjoy the flair of days gone by. On the route between Göhren, Sellin, Binz Putbus and Lauterbach, you can experience the pure romance of the narrow-gauge railway and enjoy the beautiful landscape on the approx. 27 km long route.

Beautiful vacation in Göhren.
We were in Göhren for New Year's Eve 2022/23. The apartment is really well located. In a few minutes, you can reach the north beach and the south beach. There was nothing to complain about. Everything was very clean, the decor is beautiful and carefully chosen. There was plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and everything else you need for a relaxing holiday.
Two balconies with sea views complete the whole thing.
We would love to come back!

Newly renovated apartment with a lot of taste and attention to detail.
A beautiful apartment, beach as well as restaurants and shopping possibilities all within a 5-minute walk. A new kitchen with a newly renovated bathroom awaited us here. We felt very comfortable here.

Great 4-star hotel located in a quiet and idyllic setting.

Great location with exclusive 4-star ambiance.
I really enjoyed my vacation in this apartment and I will come back. Most of the time, the swimming pool, which was 26 degrees warm, was available just for me. All in all, it was a great vacation.
