The house is exactly as described.The landlords are friendly and nice.The contact and payment are very uncomplicated.We had a relaxing holiday with lots of sunshine and will gladly go again.

Great holiday flat.

The flat is very generous and spacious - large, bright, very neatly furnished rooms and a wonderful, covered balcony (with two large glass cut-outs in the roofing - you can sit here even when it rains). Everything makes a very well-kept, almost new impression (partly triple glazing, wood-aluminium windows etc.). Spacious and chic bathroom. Kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet. There is a car park not far from the house - as well as a children's playground, even if it is not relevant for us. Peripheral location in a single-family housing estate in the municipality of Berg, northeast of Friedrichshafen, in the fruit-growing area. Good transport connections. Very nice landlords (as promised, they even made sure the weather was good). We were completely satisfied.
