In this lovely apartment, 2 - 4 people will find comfortable space on 70 sqm of living area. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday:
Living room with 2 leather sofas, dining area by the window (cable TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system), one bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony, one bedroom with bunk bed, separate kitchen with ceramic hob/oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle/egg boiler, bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, guest WC, elevator. A children's travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.
The apartment is also a non-smoking apartment, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
Free parking is available at the house. A locked bicycle room is also at your disposal, and a playground is nearby.
A special highlight is the fantastic view from the balcony, which invites you to enjoy the quiet evening hours and the uniquely beautiful sunsets – for example, with a delicious glass of Lake Constance wine. From the western direction, take the A 81 Stuttgart - Singen to Kreuz Hegau, then take the A 98 to Stockach-Ost (end of the motorway), from Stockach the B 31 leads you in the direction of Lindau via Meersburg - Immenstaad.
From the eastern direction, take the A 96 Ulm - Memmingen - Lindau
- Exit Sigmarszell onto the B 31 towards Friedrichshafen - Immenstaad. In the town from Friedrichshafener Straße towards Kippenhausen up to the sharp left turn, but straight ahead towards Spiegelberg, before the bridge turn right, after the playground turn right again into Tobelweg/Hasenweg.
Or from Friedrichshafener Straße via Mühlgarten into Tobelweg.
By train to Friedrichshafen, then by bus 7395 to Immenstaad.

Vacation 2024 in Immenstaad, the first time in the Lake Constance district.
Our first vacation in the Bodenseekreis (Immenstaad).
We had a super nice apartment.
Top amenities, amazing lake view. Nothing was missing.
We will definitely come back in 2025.
Also, a big compliment to Mr. König, the apartment handover was uncomplicated.

Short trip to Immenstaad
The apartment is really very nice, the view from the balcony ... a dream. You can quickly walk to the center and to the lake. Thus, the car could also take a vacation :-)
For excursions, the apartment is an ideal starting point, there are dining options and good food directly nearby.
Also, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. König for the friendly support on site.

Vacation at Lake Constance
We spent beautiful vacation days at Lake Constance. From the balcony of the Müller family's apartment, there is a wonderful view of Lake Constance. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Holidays in Immenstaad
We have been spending our vacations in the Müller apartment in Immenstaad for over 10 years. The apartment meets our expectations and leaves nothing to be desired. From the balcony, there is a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The location is central yet very quiet. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake or a hiking trail. We can highly recommend the apartment.
