Description
This comfortable, bright and cozy 2-room apartment with about 55 sqm in was completely renovated in 2011, newly furnished and always kept up to date.
The living room with balcony offers a magnificent view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
It is equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a cozy reading corner with sofa that can be used as a double bed, large flat screen TV and a DVD player.
The separate bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The very well equipped separate kitchen-cum-living-room with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster comfortably accommodates up to 4 people
A modern bath/shower/WC is available for our guests. A small washing machine is available in the bathroom.
The apartment has tiles and parquet floors.
The apartment has a parking space, WiFi is free of charge and bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage.
Bed linen, towels, shower towels, tea towels are provided free of charge.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a travel cot, a high chair, a changing mat and a diaper pail free of charge.
A small terrace, which serves as a reading corner and for relaxation, can also be used.
Smoking is not allowed in the

Nice landlord very friendly.

The reception is warm and there was even a cake.
