Welcome to our cozy house on Apfelweg. Our house is situated on a slope and is accessible from the parking lot via stairs. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Alps, which will make your stay unforgettable.
Our comfortable, bright, and cozy 2-room apartment of approx. 70 m² on the ground floor was newly designed and lovingly furnished in 2023. The living and dining room with terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the Alps. The living area is furnished with a beautiful and comfortable sofa that can be used as a double bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The dining area for 4 people invites you to relax in comfort and has access to the terrace.
The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The modern bathroom with shower is available to our guests, as well as a separate guest WC. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The apartment features tiled and parquet floors.
A parking space is included. Wi-Fi is free, and bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage.
Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels are provided free of charge. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary travel cot for children, a high chair, a changing mat, and a diaper pail.
Additionally, you can use a small terrace, which serves as a reading corner and for relaxation.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments. Unfortunately, pets are also not allowed.

Summertime
We were very kindly received by Mrs. Kreidler; there were tips for activities and sights in the surrounding area. We really liked the wide view over Lake Constance. The apartment has 3 outdoor seating areas - you can "wander" with the sun. For people with limited mobility, the apartment is hardly accessible - there are well over 30 steps from the parking lot to the apartment. The minimal differences in floor heights in the apartment are also something older residents need to get used to.
Minimalistic in terms of floor space is the toilet.
Perhaps the collection times for waste disposal could be added to the "welcome sheet."
All in all, we felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend the apartment/location.
