Dear guests, we are pleased that you are interested in our Auszeithaus. We have tried to create a cosy and homely interior and would be pleased to welcome you as our guests soon.
The house (60sqm) has a living-dining area with a cosy wood-burning stove
A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker
The water is equipped with a whirlpool; through the renaturation of the water, the bioavailability is increased and hexagonal structures are formed as with spring water- and thus a healthy drinking and cooking water.
It has a daylight bathroom with a spacious shower - with tangible, vitalising, soft wellness water
In the cosy bedroom there is a queen-size bed (160 wide)
A fold-out armchair is located in the passage room, thus providing space for a third guest
The sunny, spacious balcony invites you for a long breakfast as well as for cosy evenings
The rental price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Small house on two levels at the end of the village of Laimnau in the Argental with the possibility of making small purchases in our village shop/bakery
A cycling and hiking trail leads directly past the house, from the leisurely tour or the connoisseur's panorama tour to the sporty tour, the Lake Constance region and the nearby Allgäu offer something for everyone.
Situated in the middle of "Upper Swabia", Laimnau is far away from the big stream of tourists - and if you like - only 6 kilometres away from the centre of it all
We particularly appreciate living close to the beautiful Lake Constance. We have the beautiful Allgäu, the mountains and the lake on our doorstep- and maybe you will soon have them on your doorstep too?
There are many pretty places on Lake Constance and in summer the conditions are perfect for all kinds of water sports. Sailing and windsurfing are very popular - sup boards are available and can be rented
The region is attractive all year round because of the many recreational opportunities. For example, there is the Lake Constance cycle path, which goes once around the lake, and the beautiful flower island of Mainau.
There are also beautiful towns such as Lindau and Constance. Not to forget the nearby Alps, which are a paradise for mountain sports in summer and winter.
If it should rain, a visit to a thermal spa on Lake Constance is recommended. The thermal baths in Lindau are very modern. The wellness world with sauna and spa as well as a sports and family pool leaves nothing to be desired - also recommended in winter for ice bathing fans due to the open access to the lido.
You have a great view from the Pfänder mountain in Bregenz. You can take the cable car to the summit, but an even more beautiful hike to the Pfänder (takes about 1.5 hours).
The craziest activity: a ride on a zeppelin - I had the pleasure of doing this myself a few years ago - unforgettable.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

All this is a wonderful work with which one works on physical, emotional and mental life issues, through this work profound processes are set in motion and pave the way to holistic healing.
This possibility can be used separately after prior consultation

The region of Upper Swabia offers a wide range of hiking and cycling tours. The hilly hinterland of Lake Constance is scenic and ideally suited for e-bikers.
