The high-quality and tastefully furnished holiday flat offers enough space for up to 4 people. From the balcony and living room you can enjoy the view of the greenery and Lake Schwerin. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide). The bedroom has a double bed with high-quality mattresses and slatted frames and a wardrobe. The windows are equipped with insect screens and blackout facilities. The bathroom has a bathtub and skylight for a view of the starry sky. You can prepare delicious meals in the large and fully equipped kitchen with seating area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the flat. The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. A children's high chair and travel cot are available free of charge. You can safely park your bicycles and your car under the carport. In front of the house there is a large lawn with swing, barbecue and beach chair. 2 rental bicycles are available on request. Your four-legged friend is very welcome. A railway line runs along the property. However, most guests are not bothered by this, as the train runs below the property (on a slope) and is not visible.

You can reach the centre of Bad Kleinen on foot in just a few minutes. Here you will find supermarkets, restaurants, snack bar, tourist information, bicycle rental, pharmacy, doctors, post office and some small shops.
The ideal location on Lake Schwerin, between the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, offers you many possibilities. By car you can reach Schwerin Castle, the White Fleet passenger ship, the old town, the castle park, cinema, theatre, miniature golf, TV tower, zoo and much more in about 20 minutes. You can also reach Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea in about 20 minutes. The historic old town and the harbour are well worth seeing. In Wismar you can also visit the Wonnemar adventure pool with sauna world, the zoo or the Mumpitz indoor playground. The island of Poel, the seaside resort of Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn, or the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen are also worth a trip.

Definitely yes, everything's great
Very nice apartment, super equipped kitchen, the passing train did not bother us it was hardly audible. Good shopping possibilities. You can also leave the car and take the train to Schwerin and Wismar.

Autumn vacation in Bad Kleinen.
For two people, the apartment is very comfortable, there is nothing missing and everything works. Everything is also perfect for train travelers. The owner picked me up from the train station and later asked if everything was okay. You can also quickly get to Wismar and Schwerin by train, or simply hike through beautiful nature to the next train station. I will gladly come back!

Really nice apartment. Everything you need is available and beautifully clean. We were completely satisfied. The lake is about 250-300m away as the crow flies. However, due to the train tracks, you have to take a small detour, but everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike. 9.5 out of 10!!! Highly recommended ??

Relaxed vacation by the lake
Holidays in the midst of untouched nature, cycling, swimming in the lake possible as well as abundant cultural landscape. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, separate entrance, own rain-protected balcony facing the lake. Bad Kleinen is easily reachable by train.

Great vacation rental for 4 people (2 adults, 2 larger children)
The holiday apartment was very clean, spacious, exactly the same as in the pictures. The landlords are super nice and attentive. There is a lot to experience because Bad Kleinen is in the middle of everything. Within walking distance, there is a great bathing spot with a jetty and also within walking distance, the train station. Shops (Aldi and Lidl and also Edeka) are also quickly accessible within walking distance. The landlords also gave many tips for activities. A completely successful vacation with two adults and two children aged 11 and 13. We will definitely come back! Regards from Hamburg.

Should be like this!
Found at very short notice, as we later heard, because someone didn't show up without cancelling. Otherwise, this apartment would have been fully booked. Sometimes you just have to be lucky! Well-kept, nicely furnished, and clean holiday apartment with a nicely designed and well-maintained garden. Very nice landlord. Would love to come back.

Great holiday with small weaknesses
We had a wonderful time out in a really good flat. There are a few small things to complain about, but it is "complaining on a high level": The house is very noisy, especially when the landlords, who live on the ground floor, have visitors, which can keep you from sleeping in the evening. If you want to take a shower standing up, the shower is very low due to the sloping roof, tall people have to at least kneel down. But you can see that in the pictures of the flat, it was ok for us so far. Last but not least: The kitchen is rather poorly equipped. There are only 6 pieces of crockery and cutlery, which makes the use of the dishwasher a matter of conscience. It would be nice if a wooden spoon and an egg whisk could find their way in...

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber
Soweit alles in Ordnung, aber das an der Ferienwohnung direkt die Bahnlinie verläuft, sollte den Gästen nicht vorenthalten werden.
Die Entfernung zum Wasser ist leider doch relativ groß, da man um an das Wasser zu gelangen, gezwungen ist die Bahnschienen über eine Brücke zu queren.
Bis zur Badestelle sind es dann doch 900 Meter.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung von Herrn Trems war für uns optimal. Wir hatten unsere Hunde dabei und waren, da am Ortsrand gelegen schnell in der Natur. Die Wohnung ist, mit dem separaten Flur für Menschen mit Hund sehr angenehm - außer die Treppe, die für Kurzbeininge Hunde eher schwierig ist.

Es ist richtig, dass die Bahn in der Nähe des Hauses vorbei fährt. Da sich das Haus an einem Hang befindet, fährt die Bahn ca. 6m unterhalb des Grundstückes. Wir empfinden das Geräusch nicht störend, da das Schienennetz im letzten Jahr modernisiert wurde und die Züge langsam fahren. Der Zug ist aus unserer Sicht kaum wahrnehmbar. Ruhiger Urlaub
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub brauch.
Genau das Richtige für Wanderer, Radfahrer, mit dem Auto kommt man relative schnell nach Schwerin oder Wismar. Mit der Bahn auch möglich, Bahnhof ist schnell zu erreichen.

Schöne Woche am Schweriner See
Können wir nur empfehlen. Ferienwohnung ist groß. Alles vorhanden. Für Radtouren gibt es unzählige schöne Wege. Wismar, Schwerin alles gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka und Aldi sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!! Selbst wenn man ein paar Tage schlechtes Wetter erwischt, kann man mit guten Gewissen den Urlaub genießen. Die Räumlichkeiten und vor allem die Freundlichkeit im Hause Trems ist einwandfrei und super nett, jederzeit wieder!!!
