All great!

We, a couple around 50, felt very comfortable in the holiday home. The view of the marina and the tranquility of the surroundings helped us to recover wonderfully. The house lacks nothing.

Urlaub

It was actually okay. But in the advertisement, I think it said something about a boat that could be rented on site. Unfortunately, we couldn't do that. So, we couldn't really go fishing either. Just fishing from the bathing pier is not what we had in mind.

Tolle Lage

The house is very beautiful and quietly located by the lake, and the location is also convenient for excursions. Shopping facilities are easily accessible. There is little to complain about in the house, we would have only wished that, for example, dish soap and garbage bags had been provided. We cannot comment on the on-site service as no problems occurred.

Accommodation in a very nice location on Lake Schwerin, short distances to Schwerin and Wismar, infrastructure still expandable, quiet and relaxing holiday. The terrace area has a maintenance backlog.

The ideal place for us when it comes to relaxation in a quiet, beautiful nature by the lake, in an ideal accommodation with very beautiful and cozy furnishings. Since Wismar, Schwerin, Lübeck are not far away, you can plan with enough variety. For us, an ideal spot on earth for intimacy and families.

This is how you imagine a lake vacation... Villa Schnuppig has everything you need, comfortably furnished, quiet location, just a few meters to the water and the small harbor. Fishing, swimming, and hiking...we really enjoyed it.

Very beautiful location, nice people all around. Ideal for water sports, cycling....
However, I would have wished for more cleanliness for the price. The accommodation is showing its age, renovation is necessary.

Wonderful house by the lake temporarily with service deficiencies

The location of the property is fantastic, and the facilities of the house are more than satisfactory, so the price-performance ratio is right. The condition of the outdoor area and the wooden elements on the terrace and the building require maintenance work to preserve their value. Those who rely on information and want to clarify questions with the on-site contact person will encounter problems if the situation we encountered does not change. Due to the unavailability of the contact person on-site, a malfunction in the cistern of the guest toilet had to be directly resolved with the owner reachable in Saarbrücken and the local specialized company. Information about the surrounding area, such as excursion tips, timetables, restaurants, doctor's addresses, shopping opportunities, is missing. Those who do not have access to new communication methods have to rely on analog ways - for example, asking locals for information. Personal inquiry with the neighbors or locals - to inform.
A list of the individual received television programs would be helpful; as well as an instruction manual for the washing machine with dryer function.
If the deficiencies mentioned are not rectified, renting the accommodation would be recommended only to a limited extent.

Pure relaxation

Very nice accommodation, quiet location, directly on the lake, 20-25 m to the water, no cars, very good view of Lake Schwerin and the marina with the mooring and a good dozen smaller yachts. Ideal for smaller and larger cycling tours in the area between Schwerin and Wismar or along the Baltic Sea.

Dreamlike by the lake!

Very well maintained house, lovingly furnished, tastefully decorated, even surpasses the photos on the website. It is very quiet, no traffic, 20 m to the lake. On the terrace you can hear the lapping of the lake, you can watch the boats rocking in the small marina, ideal for switching off from the stress of everyday life. Despite the advanced season, we were still able to enjoy breakfast on the sunny, wind-protected terrace.
The house is super equipped, especially the kitchen, plenty of crockery and cooking/baking utensils.
Good base for excursions in the surrounding area.
We will gladly come back and can recommend the holiday home.

Vacation by the lake

Overall positive, but with some shortcomings in relation to the price of 92.00 euros for 2 people. The pictures on the website are accurate, however, only a small sun umbrella is provided. The area is beautiful, suitable for relaxation by the lake, cycling, swimming, city trips, etc. The holiday home is very well-equipped, we only missed seat cushions for the patio furniture. The wood of the terrace partition and balcony is peeling off and looks unkempt with cobwebs. The white furniture looks great visually but has some unpleasant stains from use. Unfortunately, we had little peace there because in the closely situated houses there were groups of women and men with loud music, entertainment, etc. Therefore, more suitable for families with children or smaller groups.

An excellent accommodation with optimal facilities, where one can relax even in less favorable weather conditions. From the accommodation, you can swim in the lake after a few steps over a walkway. The view and tranquility are optimal for relaxation. However, one cannot speak of a bathing area at the nearby beach, which is only 200 m away.

Relaxing vacation

We can recommend the accommodation for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Even in not so good weather, the villa offers everything you need for relaxation, and the cities of Wismar and Schwerin are recommended for a short trip. You can quickly access the water at any time via the jetty. However, the "beach" 200m away should not be advertised as such. But as mentioned, the accommodation makes up for it.

Idyllic holiday by the lake

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Schnuppig! The peaceful location right at the marina by the lake and the loving design and equipment of the house allowed us to have a relaxing holiday. Nearby destinations such as Wismar or Schwerin offer plenty of fun even on rainy days and ensure no boredom.

Our conclusion: Villa Schnuppig is highly recommended for couples, friends, and families alike! We will be very happy to come back, even if we won't be just the two of us anymore :-)
