Description
A place of idyll and space. This is how you could describe this little oasis on Lake Schwerin. On 65 m², up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children find enough space for a relaxing holiday. The large living and dining area invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together. Satellite TV, radio, W-LAN and games provide entertainment. In the living area there is a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (pushed together as a double bed or separable as single beds). In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your favourite meals. In the bathroom, the ground-level shower, underfloor heating and washing machine are worth mentioning.
From the entrance you can access the terrace, with adjoining lawn. Sun loungers, barbecue and seating are available. For the little guests there is a swing and a sandpit. You can park your car and bicycles under cover on the property. The holiday flat is located on a farm (arable farming and cattle operation).

The pedestrian environment
You can reach the centre of Bad Kleinen in a few minutes on foot. A supermarket (Aldi) and snack bar are only 200 m away. In the centre you will find more supermarkets, tourist information, bicycle rental, doctors, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, bank and some shops. It is about a 15-minute walk to the guarded outdoor swimming pool on Lake Schwerin, the pier and the marina.
Surroundings, leisure and excursion destinations
By car you can reach the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15 - 20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also only 20 minutes away by car. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open Air Theatre, the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo, numerous museums, cinema, Schwerin Castle, theatre or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless possibilities for every weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the fisherman about 2 km away, where you can get delicious fish. You can also rent a boat here and explore the lake.

Absolut toll
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und neuwertig . Es fehlt an nichts. Absolute Ruhe zum erholen und ausspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung - idealer Standort
Die Lage am Rand der Bebauung ist absolut ruhig mit freiem Blick auf die Felder - wie der Name schon sagt. Durch die umfangreiche Ausstattung macht auch die Spülmaschine Sinn, man muss nicht nach jedem Frühstück aufwaschen, das Geschirr reicht für mehrere Tage! Viele Kleinigkeiten erleichtern den Alltag: überall ausreichend Haken um Klamotten aufzuhängen, Mückengitter, ein großzügiger Abstellraum, Einstellmöglichkeit fürs Auto ... .Und Bad Kleinen ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für schöne Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen. Vielen Dank an Familie Volk! Sollte es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlagen, kommen wir gerne wieder hierher.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit in Bad Kleinen
Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr nette Gastgeber, es fehlte nichts in der Wohnung, Bad Kleinen ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit dem Rad oder mit dem Zug, sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage, 5 Minuten vom Rad zum See.

Top und sehr gepflegt
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (14, 10, 2 und 1 Jahr) ein paar Tage da.
Sehr ruhig gelegen, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit das Auto in eine Scheune zu parken. Die Einrichtung ist modern und neu. Im Bad ist eine Fußbodenheizung und eine Waschmaschine. Ein kleiner Sandkasten und eine Schaukel sind am Haus auf der Wiese.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 min Fußweg) ist ein ALDI, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( EDEKA, NETTO und eine Apotheke) sind im Ort.
Wir können dies bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
