Description
A place of idyll and space. This is how you could describe this little oasis on Lake Schwerin. On 60 m², up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children find enough space for a relaxing holiday. The large living area, with integrated kitchen and dining area, invites you to a cosy get-together. Satellite TV, radio, W-LAN and games provide entertainment. In the living area there is a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (pushed together as a double bed or separable as single beds). In the bathroom, the ground-level shower, underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer are worth highlighting.
From the living area you can access the large terrace with adjoining lawn. Sun loungers, barbecue and seating are available. For the little guests there is a swing and a sandbox. You can park your car and your bicycles under cover on the property. The holiday flat is located on a farm (arable farming and cattle operation).

The pedestrian environment
You can reach the centre of Bad Kleinen in a few minutes on foot. A supermarket (Aldi) and snack bar are only 200 m away. In the centre you will find more supermarkets, tourist information, bicycle rental, doctors, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, bank and some shops. It is about a 15-minute walk to the guarded outdoor swimming pool on Lake Schwerin, the pier and the marina.
Surroundings, leisure and excursion destinations
By car you can reach the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15 - 20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also only 20 minutes away by car. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open Air Theatre, the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo, numerous museums, cinema, Schwerin Castle, theatre or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless possibilities for every weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the fisherman about 2 km away, where you can get delicious fish. You can also rent a boat here and explore the lake.

Relaxation
Don't be discouraged by the entrance to the courtyard. Enjoy the morning coffee on the terrace in the first sun and then a glass of wine in the evening on the meadow in the evening sun with a view of my favorite animals, cows (no fear, no bells, no moo). Silence and stars at night. A really nice break. Not far from Baroque Gothic, castles, lakes and the sea.

Top Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen
Top Ferienwohnung zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Ruhige Lage auf dem
Bauernhof und auch nicht weit entfernt zur Ostsee. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich. Ob Angeln Boot fahren oder Baden im Schweriner See ist alles in der Nähe.

Urlaub in Bad Kleinen
Die gut ausgestattete, ebenerdige Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand von Bad Kleinen ein wenig abgeschieden auf einem ehemaligen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb. Edeka und Aldi gibt es trotzdem gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Gelände und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Der Bahnhof mit ausreichend Parkplätzen ist auch schnell zu erreichen.
Man sollte sich bei der Ankunft nicht von den riesigen ehemaligen Stallungen schrecken lassen, denn dort stehen Auto und Räder sicher und trocken. Die Rückseite der geräumigen Wohnung mit dem großen Garten (Schaukel im Baum, Sandkiste darunter)entschädigt für die triste Vorderseite. Der Blick geht weit über die schöne Landschaft und man kann viele verschiedene Vogelarten beobachten. Wunderbar zum Entspannen

Gemütlich und in guter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liegt zentral für unterschiedlichste Bedürfnisse. Man kann die Natur genießen und schöne Stadtausflüge unternehmen, mit dem Rad oder mit der Bahn (sehr zu empfehlen) und mit dem Auto. Abends und morgens gibt es den idyllischen Blick auf grasende Kühe in schönster Landschaft dazu. Die Vogelwelt nicht zu vergessen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich "um die Ecke", in Bad Kleinen gibt es alles was man für den Alltag braucht.
Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb ist minimal zu spüren, weil er sich hauptsächlich auf der abgewandten Seite der Fewo befindet.

Nach einer sehr netten persönlichen Begrüßung haben wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Felder und Kühe läßt einen schnell den Stress und die Hektik des Alltags vergessen.
