Welcome to this bright and cozy 75sqm apartment, rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
On request you can get WIFI if you order this from the owners and pay 10 euros per week for it on arrival.
Large living room with dining area, seating area, desk, TV with satellite program Astra 19,2, i.e. a total of 203 programs, about half of which are in German (but also English, French and Spanish program).
In the bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with French double bed as well as wardrobes you sleep wonderfully, because the apartment is located close to the city, but still in the quiet Weissensberg, whose district Rehlings borders directly on the Lindau district Niederhaus.
Fully equipped kitchen with sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator
Bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilet.
In the hallway there is a storage room for suitcases or similar.
A washing machine and a dryer are in the laundry room in the basement for your sole use, you can also hang the laundry in the same laundry room.
Also in the basement is a bicycle room for safe storage of any bicycles you may have brought with you
In front of the house you have your own parking space, so parking problems never arise.
Behind the house is a garden that you can use at any time.
Why not take a walk to the village centre of Weissenberg or to the Kapellenberg.
The rental price includes the cost of electricity, water, heating, parking, use of washing machine, dryer and garden, bed linen, towels and a thorough final cleaning by a cleaning lady.
If you want WIFI, you should notify the owner in advance and you will then pay 10 euros /week on arrival
If you do not have school-age children, take advantage of the low prices outside the school holidays.

Location and surroundings of object
The location of the apartment is optimal, you can park the car in front of the house and you can take the city bus to Lindau (which saves you a big search for a parking space in the high season), because the bus stop is only 100m away.
Your children will enjoy the playground 200m away, where they can make new friends with other children. The paddock is also visited by the children with pleasure.
At only 1 km distance trim trail in the forest.
The famous Weissensberg golf course is 3 km away
In the same distance the shopping center LINDAUPARK, where you can shop to your heart's content.
A few km from the apartment is the Oberreitnau leisure centre with an outdoor swimming pool, table tennis and much more.
From here you have an excellent starting point for trips to the Allgäu (Wangen), other places on Lake Constance (Friedrichshafen), to Austria or Switzerland, because the motorway access is very close.

Super golf holiday in this flat
We played at the 18-hole course in Weissensberg and spent a week on holiday in this flat. We don't even have such heavenly peace at home:) beautiful in green surroundings, and yet so close to the centre of Lindau that we could quickly go to the island again in the evening
It's also great that the flat is cleaned by a cleaning lady, so cleanliness is guaranteed and you don't have to stress on the last day
We had a flat on Lake Constance before that was much smaller and much more expensive and can only confirm that the price-performance ratio is absolutely right here
We have already made plans to come back, because there are a thousand other possibilities for an active holiday besides golf!

Hiking vacation
We stayed in this apartment from 24.09.2016 - 01.10.2016 and went on a hiking holiday. It was fantastic because there are so many good hiking trails in this area and the picturesque landscape starts right in front of the house because the apartment is located on the outskirts of Lindau.
The location is perfectly beautiful in the greenery and we have never had such a large holiday apartment at such a reasonable price.
With the offer that the bed linen and towels as well as the final cleaning are included, you really feel like in a hotel, only that it would have cost 3 times as much in a hotel.
We will definitely come back in summer 2017 to have a beach holiday on Lake Constance. Thanks again to the landlady for the good organization in advance and the many excursion tips and recommended hiking trails.

great accommodation, recommendable
We are Lake Constance fans and this time we explored the neighbouring region, the mountainous Allgäu. We were able to experience a lot in one week - our landlady gave us valuable tips for excursions.
The flat was beautiful and absolutely clean and the restaurants nearby were surprisingly reasonably priced and offered delicious food.
We especially liked the tree top walk and the thermal bath. But also the tour of the cheese dairy and brewery were an absolute must.
It was a wonderful holiday and we have recommended the flat to our friends who would like to go hiking there next year.

I come from Lake Constance and I love this area: the green meadows where the big apple orchards blossom in spring, the beautiful cycling and hiking paths, the picturesque nature that turns colourful in autumn. All seasons are beautiful here, because even in winter there are many ski resorts in the area where you can have a winter holiday, and summer makes you feel like you are in much more southern regions. Since the apartment is 500m high, there is also no fog here when the same settles over the city of Lindau The location of the apartment is optimal for trips in all directions, golfers have two golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
