The flat is well maintained and well furnished, very suitable for " normal" people.
However, there are some confusions in the description of the flat:
advertised are 2 bedrooms - there was 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room;
then there is supposed to be a bathroom and a guest toilet - it was a bathroom with toilet;
furthermore, it is said to be suitable for seniors and wheelchairs - the toilet is s e h r low, a small landing leads into the bathroom, the balcony has a barrier, so it is neither suitable for seniors nor wheelchairs.

Die Bewertung (oben) erfolgte aus Sicht einer körperlich behinderten Person. Um sogenannte "Verwirrungen" künftig auszuschliessen, wurde die Beschreibung der Wohnungsausstattung seriös nachbearbeitet.
Die Toilette ist ganz normaler Standard mit Sitzhöhe 44cm. Der „kleine Absatz" ins Bad ist eine Türschwelle von 2 cm, die sogenannte "Barriere" zum Balkon (Türschwelle Aussentüre) ist 5 cm hoch. Nicht seniorengerecht? Die Mehrheit unserer Gäste sind Senioren, die sich bei uns sehr wohl fühlen und immer wieder kommen. Besten Dank.
