We rent 3 modern and cosy holiday flats with balcony for 2-4 persons with 42 m², 45 m² and 64 m². Our fruit farm with holiday flats is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Wasserburg, only a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance. Far away from the hustle and bustle but still centrally located.
Apartment 1 with 42 m² NS 59,00 Euro / HS 64,00 Euro for 2 pers. / balcony, living area with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower/WC.
Apartment 2 with 45 m² NS 61,00 Euro / HS 66,00 Euro for 2 pers. / balcony with lake view, kitchen, living area with sleeping area and bathroom with shower/WC.
Apartment 3 with 64 m² NS 72,00 Euro / HS 77,00 Euro for 2 pers. (for each additional person 10,00 Euro will be added. /on 2 floors, living area with kitchenette, dining area and sofa with coffee table, bathroom with shower/WC, balcony with lake view and 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds.
A furnished balcony with lake and mountain view or morning sun is available in all holiday flats.
The flats have a direct dial telephone, WLAN, radio, large flat-screen TV, large mirror, safe, hairdryer, alarm clock, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and good kitchen equipment with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, flats 1 and 3 have a dishwasher. Wi-Fi and telephone calls to landlines at home and abroad are free of charge for our guests.
We offer beverage service, washing machine, dryer, free parking directly at the house, storage facilities for motorbikes and a locked bicycle room.
We are happy to provide a high chair and cot for our younger guests. Table tennis table, ball games and various pedal cars are available for playing.
