The flat has two balconies on the first floor, the one in the living room overlooks the pine garden and from the second in the kitchen you can admire the countryside and the mountains. We have a barbecue, the characteristic fireplace in the lounge with wood available at all times, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The house is situated in an ideal area for those seeking a beach holiday but still want to visit the major tourist cities, it is located near the exit of Cascina of the FI-PI-LI freeway between Pisa and Florence, where you can reach the sea in about 25 minutes and the major tourist cities of Tuscany; 15 km from the center of Pisa, 30 minutes from Lucca, 50 minutes from Florence and an hour and a half from Siena. Villetta “la pineta” is located in the picturesque Tuscan countryside.
The province of Pisa is located in central-western Tuscany; It includes a stretch of coastline, wide plains and some reliefs.
Wide beaches surrounded by high dunes and pine forests of the coast Pisa a welcoming tourist area, with renowned centers such as Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia.
Among the many protected areas of particular interest is the park Migliarino San Rossore-Massacciucoli located near the coast, which includes woods and a wide variety of Mediterranean vegetation and is home to some animal species such as wild boars, foxes, deer.
Another important resource is the hot springs of Casciana, San Giuliano and Uliveto, sources of well-being known since antiquity.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge
Wir (Mutti+3 Kinder) kommen ganz frisch aus unserem ersten einwöchigem Urlaub in der Toskana zurück und waren mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Da wir jeden Tag Ausflüge gemacht haben (Pisa, Siena, Garfagnana, Lucca und das Meer sind schnell erreichbar) hat uns auch kein Pool gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man zum Überleben braucht (Dusche, Küche, Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine und eine Waschmaschine), sie ist sauber und das WLan funktioniert (war für meine Kinder überlebenswichtig). Auf dem kleinen sonnigen Küchenbalkon konnte ich gemütlich morgens meinen Kaffee schlürfen und abends draussen auf der Terasse vor dem Haus oder auf dem Wohnzimmerbalkon genüsslich einen Chianti trinken .
Allerdings gab es doch ziemlich viel abendliches/nächtliches Hundegebell von irgendwelchen Nachbarshunden, was viel. nicht jedem gefällt, irgendwann haben wir es nicht mehr gehört. Für einen einwöchigen Sightseeingtrip als Familie oder mehreren Erwachsenen (3 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten) kann ich die Wohnung nur empfehlen, da Lage, Ausstattung, Größe und Preis stimmen.

Große sehr saubere Wohnung in ländlicher Umgebung
Insgesamt fanden wir die Wohnung ganz prima. Sie liegt im ersten Stock und was uns zuerst aufgefallen ist, dass sie peinlich sauber war. Dafür ein ganz großes +. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter und vor allem das Sofa im Wohnzimmer schon ziemlich durchgesessen. Es gibt zwei Balkone, die aber leider zu klein sind um dort zu essen.
Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Klar, dass man hier motorisiert sein muss. Wir hatten zwar Räder dabei, aber zum Radeln ist es hier nicht so toll.
Pisa ist ca. 15 km. Der nächste Strand 20 km entfernt.

Une belle demeure de campagne
Pour ceux qui aiment le calme et le réveil au chant des oiseaux. Belle maison spacieuse et claire avec un petit jardin ombragé, une belle terrasse (et deux balcons) : l'embarras du choix pour déguster son café matinal. Les priopriétaires, discrets, sont très sympathiques et nous les remercions pour les présents. A deux pas de la voie rapide menant aux principales attractions touristiques : Pise, Vinci, Florence, San Gimmignano, Volterra, sans oublier la Chartreuse de Calci, le grand marché de Cascina le jeudi. Merci pour tout.

Bargain
The apartment is massive, you will not find such a big apartment this side of New York. Fantastic. Huge independent apartment with a terrace and two balconies. It's actually half a house. Huge rooms, many doors, screens, enclosed garden with security gate and door. All towels and bedding and tea towels, cleaning products ect. I took my two terrier dogs here, they loved the space and the garden to play ball in. I watched the gathering of olives from the trees, watched and listened to the wildlife. Looked at the mountains from the balcony. The owners are not intrusive just there if you need them, which we didn't as all was fine. A gate at the top of the stairs was brilliant. All BBQ stuff was there laid out. All clean and tidy. Near a bar in the village you can walk to. A short drive or a walk even you have shops and a garage. We went to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the coast and to Chiant which was lovely. We had a great stay and so did our dogs. The apartment was a good price for what you get and exceeded expectations. Casa muy cómoda en la Toscana
Estuvimos una semana en esta casa disfrutando de nuestras vacaciones en la Toscana. La casa en general está muy bien, limpia y con todo lo necesario para vivir. Ubicación: se encuentra en Latignano un pequeño pueblo muy tranquilo, cerca de la autostrada que une Pisa con Florencia; la ubicación es estupenda. Estado de la casa: es una vivienda sencilla pero con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tus vacaciones como en tu propia casa. Salón amplio, cocina con todo lo necesario (echamos en falta un microondas solamente), habitaciones amplias con camas dobles y muchos armarios donde guardar ropa; baño completo, antiguo pero limpio y práctico. Ropa de cama en buen estado y toallas incluidas. La entrada a la casa es mediante un portón automático, muy práctico. El jardín que rodea la casa es estupendo. Sin duda repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a la Toscana.

Ideal for our requirements
The flat is very beautiful. You immediately feel very comfortable. The furnishings are not the newest, but everything is available and clean. The separate entrance, private garden and driveway are also very nice. The flat is located in a rural area. In general, the location was ideal as a starting point for our motorbike tours. Large supermarkets are 3km and 8km away. The service of the landlord was great. When we asked for a coffee machine, we had a new one the next day. The price-performance ratio could not be better. The only point of criticism for us was the lack of German TV channels. If the flat should be occupied by six people, I think one sofa is too little. We would recommend the flat and would like to come back again (if there is German TV ;-)).
