The two-story charming cottage is situated in a secluded location, surrounded by a 600 m² well-kept ground, where as well the pool is located. It has a magnificent view to the surrounding countryside. On a clear day you can see from the Leaning Tower of Pisa to the Apuan Alps.
Guests can expect an intimate atmosphere in peaceful quietude without abstaining from modern comforts as air conditioning, central heating, fireplace, stereo equipment, satellite TV, WIFI, DVD player, etc.
The villa offers 200 m² living space, which is spread over two floors. It has room for max. 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living rooms and two kitchens with access to the garden or to the loggia.
On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed and comfortable chairs. Here guests can enjoy the modern media such as satellite TV. In addition there is stereo and a DVD player available.
The functional kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker (filter coffee), On this ground-floor there is also a living room, a dining room and a bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor you get from the living room into the Loggia, equipped with comfortable seatings. On this floor there is a bathroom and 3 double rooms, all of which have French doors either to the terrace or to the loggia.
The property with 600 m² of cultivated garden is fenced. Here you will find the swimming pool (9 x 4 m, m to m deep) in a beautiful panoramic position.
A barbecue offers the guest a possibility to prepare outdoor-meals. The dining area is protected by a shady pergola.

Location and surroundings of object
The access road to the property is easily passable.
In a distance of only about 1 km you get to the village Casciana Terme, with its charming shops, good restaurants, bars and spas. Also close by are the bus stop and several sports activities: horseback riding, tennis and golf. The design of the golf club Castelfalfi (27 holes) is one of the most beautiful and challenging Italy. The villa is located very close to the spa town of Casciana Terme. It is also located very centrally between Livorno, Cecina, Volterra, Pisa and Lucca and makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding historic cities.
Just half an hour away you get to the sea, for example to the chic seaside town of Castiglioncello or the child-friendly sandy beaches of the Versilia coast.
For strengthening physical fitness there are many possibilities like hiking, golf, horse riding and tennis in the vicinity.
You shouldn't miss a visit to the famous spa of Casciana.

A relaxed family holiday!
Plenty of space for everyone (we were 5 adults, 2 children), and the many exits, lounge areas, food tables and corners meant that everyone got their money's worth (reading corner, barbecue corner, craft corner, etc.). Before arrival, at best, get water bottles, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, oil, vinegar, baking paper, etc. The pool was a highlight

A great place for a relaxing holiday
The authentic villa captivates with its unique view.
Supermarkets etc. as well as excursion destinations are easy to reach.
