Description
The historic villa of the 18th century has been lovingly restored in the traditional Tuscan style and is tastefully decorated with antique furniture.
So the ambience of past times has been preserved, but at the same time the house is equipped with all modern comforts.
It is 300 meters height between Lucca and Pisa, and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the medieval village of Buti, surrounded by green olive terraces and picturesque pine forests.
Particularly attractive is the proximity to the white beaches of Versilia and the exclusive resort of Viareggio. Highly recommended is a visit to the Torre del Lago Puccini, a "must" for all opera lovers.
Nature lovers and bird watchers in the nearby nature park Migliarino S. Rossore their money.

The old two-story farmhouse is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. It offers 200 sqm space for 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the kitchen, the bright living / dining area (with antique fireplace ??), a bedroom with twin beds and private toilets.
On 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with toilet and 2 separate bathrooms, one with shower, the other with tub.

Plenty of rest can relax in the large spacious garden (10,000 m²), here invites the elegant pool area (14 x m; m deep) with sun loungers and umbrellas to relax.
At the front of the house there is a large shaded terrace with an overgrown with wild vine pergola. Here guests can sit together and enjoy outdoor meals, which they have previously prepared on outdoor grill.
Access to the house via a 1 km dirt road, it is not suitable for sports cars.
There are 3 parking spaces on the premises.

The villa is located between Pisa and Lucca, not far from the small medieval village of Buti, just a few kilometers away from the white sandy beaches of Versilia. Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia be reached in only 30 km.
The central location of the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to the famous art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Siena.
In the coastal town of La Spezia to drive about 90 minutes to start from here to tour the villages of "Cinque Terre".
But also the magnificent scenery of the area is ideal for all kinds of activities such as cycling, hiking and more.
Sports enthusiasts will find numerous activities including tennis, horse riding, golf, etc. in the vicinity.
a visit to the Torre del Lago is recommended for culture and opera enthusiasts, here you can walk in the footsteps of Puccini and visit the museum in the Villa Puccini. In summer numerous opera performances.
The nature lovers will visit the Natural Park Migliarino S. Rossore with a boat trip on the Massaciuccoli Lake, the largest lake in Tuscany, enjoy.
The small, medieval village of Buti with its various shops, restaurants, bars, post office, bank and pharmacy is km away and can be reached along a scenic route on foot.
