Description
The mansion offers 4 vacation apartments, which were furnished with the fine taste of the owner, in the purest tuscan style. Two of them with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers and living-room / kitchen with a bed sofa and two with 1 bedroom, 1 shower and livingroom/ kitchen with a bed sofa. The Villa dominates a hill top and affords a great view over typical Tuscan landscape: olive groves vine-yards and cypres-lined country roads. The extensive garden disposes of a swimming pool, a commun sheltered terrace and fire place for BBQ, playground and an old Pizza furnace

The place Fabbrica with bar, restaurant, Internetcafé and shops is km far away. To the sea about 40 , and to the famous cities of the Toskana such as Pisa, Siena Florenz and Lucca maximally one hour. Free standing and in dominating hill situation, surrounded by centuries old trees, far nature and sumptuous vegetation. The estate with 15 ha, produces with biologic mehtods wine, olives and welfare plants. In the midst of the Properity lies the mansion, which was built in the year 1846 by the Pisani aristocracy family Rosselmini Ricciardi and recently completely renovated

A wonderful Tuscan holiday
The house is very hidden in a small sleepy village of Rivalto.
From the garden you have a wonderful view of the Tuscany that is so beautiful here.
The pool is big enough, as you can almost always use it alone.
The flat is equipped with everything you need and there is enough space. With a dog it is also very good that the garden is fenced.
We will definitely come back!!!

Holiday home Nido
We felt very comfortable in this house. The location was perfect for us as a couple. Lucca, for example, is our preferred city for strolling and can be easily reached by car. Our arrival from Pisa by car was also no problem, as the description of the way was simply top. This house is also rented to vacationers with pets. Contrary to all fears, it was one of the cleanest houses we have ever rented. For that, I want to give a big compliment. In this sense, dear visitors of reviews ~ We would book it again.

Peace and relaxation with good infrastructure
We spent 2 weeks at Nido and felt very comfortable there, the seclusion and peace did us good. Everything you need for a holiday is available, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from the Parmesan grater to the salad spinner. We were able to take many trips to the beautiful villages in the area, short distances to the delightful Lari, to Peccioli (enchanted artistic place), to the historical Volterra, as well as larger cities like Pisa, Lovorno can be reached in a short time - we saved Florence and Siena because of the long journey and the heat, but instead took a few trips to the sea - the most beautiful (and fortunately free beach, but with toilet and shower) in Italy can be reached in 1h15 min (at La Vinzenzo)...
We discovered the best and cheapest pizzeria with a great panoramic view in a 5-minute distance (Il Cigliere in Terricciola), the handling was uncomplicated and great tips for the surrounding area were included, thank you very much for that and the bottle of red wine for the welcome.
We took care of the beautiful accommodation and felt at home. Nice outdoor pool nearby, as well as 3 supermarkets and ATMs, that was great...
Great view from the terrace, the grill was used gladly, the interior and equipment are lovingly designed and we liked it very much (if it should ever be up for sale :-))...
All in all, a successful holiday, the lack of WLAN was a bit annoying at first, but beneficial for relaxation :-) - until we discovered a free one a few meters away from the house and could use all the necessary information for museum visits, etc.
We fell in love with Tuscany and will definitely come back, next time we would like to stay in an accommodation with a pool because of our son.

Wonderful relaxing holiday at Villa Campo
Villa Campo is centrally located with a wonderful view over the surroundings to the cultural highlights of Tuscany. The house has everything that makes a holiday pleasant. The garden, with pool, is very beautiful and fenced, so we could let our dog run outside without any problems.
Mrs Hörmann and her family are excellent hosts! We felt very comfortable and have already recommended Villa Campo and Fico to friends!
