The estate Villa Sole was 2009 and 2010 completely restructured in strict compliance with the typical Tuscan construction. It offers 20 beds in 10 rooms each with a separate bathroom for a pleasant, quiet stay.
If necessary, the Villa can be divided into two independent apartments, one with 8 beds ( "Piccolo") and one with 14 beds ( "Grande").
The property offers 10 bedrooms all with separate bathroom, plus a tower room with 2 beds and shower. Thus, a total of 22 beds give effectively.
The apartment PICCOLO is designed for 8 people. It has two bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor, one with twin beds and one with double beds. There are also on the ground floor open plan kitchen, spacious dining and living area with open fireplace. On the first floor are two more bedrooms with double beds and canopy and each separate bathroom.
The apartment GRANDE for 14 people has two bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor, one with twin beds and one with double beds. These are located on the ground floor of the spacious living room with open kitchen area, the dining area with fireplace and 4 bedrooms with double beds and canopy all with separate bathroom. To this apartment also belongs the tower room with two couches and a small shower room with toilet.
All rooms on the ground floor and a room in apartment PICCOLO have direct access to the garden that surrounds the villa.
The villa offers a wireless Internet access for a fee through a local provider.

Situated on the edge of the Macchia Magona, the boundary of the Etruscan coast, a few kilometers from the wine road and the sea.
