The comfortably furnished holiday accommodation offers space for 4 persons on approx. 120 sqm. Access is via a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs. Inside there is a kitchen-living room (fridge, electric oven, TV), two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom
There is also an outdoor kitchen with washing machine, ironing facilities and barbecue in shared use with the owner or his guests.
Internet Wi-Fi is available.
The pretty newly built cottage is surrounded by an approx. 1600 sqm large plot with garden, which can be used by the guests. From here you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. There is a covered car park on the site.

The ideal location on the southwest coast of Sicily offers bathing pleasure virtually on your doorstep: the beautiful beach of Selinunte is just a few minutes' walk away
Access to the sea with bars and restaurants is via the road and a short footpath (a total of about 800 m). Unfortunately, the beach in front of the house (150-200 m away) has not been accessible since June 2018
The historical centre of the small village Marinella Selinunte is about 500 m away. Here you can find grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, post offices, bars and a church
Not only the fine-grained sandy beach is an attraction here, but it is also the proximity to the remains of the extensive Greek temple complex that make this accommodation so unique
The archaeological park of Selinunte is also within walking distance (approx. 1 km). The leisure offer also includes boat trips, which make it possible, for example, to admire the archaeological park from the sea or lead into the nature reserve of the river Belice
Further excursion possibilities are Mazara del Vallo (approx. 28 km), Sciacca (approx. 33 km), Marsala (approx. 50 km), Erice (approx. 70 km), Trapani (approx. 64 km), Agrigento (approx. 98 km) and Palermo (approx. 92 km).
