Welcome to Ostseeblau 7 – Your stylish getaway on the Baltic Sea

The semi-detached house, freshly renovated in 2024, combines modern comfort with plenty of coziness. Especially in the cooler season, the fireplace and sauna provide pure relaxation – perfect for a restful retreat by the sea.

LIVING & FEELING GOOD
The spacious living area on the ground floor is equipped with a comfortable leather couch, armchair, 43" smart TV, radio, and fast Wi-Fi (DSL flat rate). A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and invites you to relaxing evenings with a glass of wine.

KITCHEN WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED
The open, modern kitchen on the ground floor leaves nothing to be desired: ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are available.
There is space at the dining table for shared meals in a convivial atmosphere.

SLEEP WELL & START THE DAY RELAXED – ON THREE FLOORS

1. Upper floor:
• Bedroom with double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and large wardrobe
• Additional room with pull-out sofa bed
• Main bathroom: glass shower & WC

Attic:
• Two cozy single beds (each 0.80 × 2.00 m) – perfect for children or friends

Ground floor:
• Separate guest WC – practical when traveling with several people

WELLNESS FOR BODY & SOUL
A special highlight is the in-house Finnish sauna in the basement (for up to 4 people) with separate shower (without WC/washbasin). The sauna can be used at any time via a coin-operated machine (6 × 1 € per hour).
This makes your stay a wellness holiday – whether after a walk on the beach or an active day of golf.
→ Perfect for simultaneous showering in the morning, after the beach, or after the sauna – without waiting times.

BALCONY & OUTDOOR AREA
From the living room you access the sunny south-facing balcony with comfortable balcony furniture – ideal for breakfast or relaxing.

Our holiday home Ostseeblau is located in a small, exclusive thatched-roof complex with only eight houses – quiet, stylish, and just about 900 meters from the beach.
You can easily reach the Baltic Sea on foot or by bicycle.

Nestled between the blue Baltic Sea and the nature reserve “Kühlung,” the Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, active vacationers, and families. It's only about a 10-minute bike ride to the lively Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn – with its charming spa architecture, the marina, numerous boutiques, cafés and restaurants, as well as the 240-meter-long pier – Germany's longest seaside promenade.

Golf enthusiasts can reach the Baltic Sea Golf Resort with its 18-hole championship course in just a few minutes. The stop for the historic spa railway “Molli” is also within walking distance and connects Wittenbeck with Heiligendamm and Bad Doberan.

Thanks to the excellent connection to the A20 (from the direction of Berlin or Hamburg), Ostseeblau is also ideal for extended weekends or short trips to the sea.

The municipality of Wittenbeck with the district of Klein Bollhagen is idyllically situated between the elegant Heiligendamm and the family-friendly Kühlungsborn – far from noise, close to nature.

Optionally, we offer you linen packages (bed linen, 3 towels each, tea towels, wash-up cloth, pot sponge, dishtaps, etc.) for € 20.00 per person. Of course, you can also bring your own linen.

In the summer season between 10 June - 10 September, arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays and / or Sundays (with a complete booking).

Prices are for 2 persons, maximum occupancy is 4 persons - each additional person plus 5,- € per day.

Hauck travel cot (without duvet, pillows and covers) + high chair can be provided free of charge.

Pet: 1 x dog with advance notification per day 10,-€

From 01.07.2022 a spa tax of 1€ per day is to be paid on site. Excluded are business travellers and children up to 12 years.

Very nice accommodation

My son and I enjoyed a short vacation here. Very clean, modern, and the kitchen has everything you need. Nice and quiet. It took us about 25 minutes to walk comfortably to the beach and the Kühlungsborn pier. The landlord was very friendly and always reachable by phone. We also liked the sauna. You should bring oil for the infusion and 6 euros in one-euro coins for 1 hour of sauna use. We will definitely come back sometime.

Peace and relaxation PURE

Super nice accommodation, which we can only recommend. You have wonderful peace and can totally relax. You are in Kühlungsborn in 5 minutes and can dive into the hustle and bustle there :) and enjoy everything. We will definitely come back, because that is vacation. Best regards, Family Tietz

Great house, great location-without toddlers

The furnishings are very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. The location is away from the typical Baltic Sea resort hustle and bustle, which we liked. However, a bicycle or car on site is convenient.
During our stay it became clear that despite the presence of a cot and high chairs, the house is not suitable for small children (among other things, many stairs without child safety gates and a light fabric couch without washable cover)
Humanity and understanding only become apparent when things don't run smoothly, and the way the landlords dealt with this left a lot to be desired.

Here you feel at home!!!!

We felt very comfortable again, like at home. The Ostseeblau 7b is a high-quality furnished holiday apartment with its own sauna and a fireplace. We were already there for the second time and will definitely come back because those who love peace and the beach and do not want to live in the hustle and bustle are well taken care of here in Wittenbeck. It's only a stone's throw to the Seebad Kühlungsborn.
