The semi-detached house, which will be renovated for you in 2022, has a spacious, bright living room, equipped with a comfortable leather couch and armchair, 43" HD Smart-TV, radio, DSL internet available via W-LAN, dining table and a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge & freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle,
Toaster, pots, crockery, glasses and cutlery)
On cold evenings, a wood-burning stove provides cosiness.
In the basement you can use your own personal Finnish sauna (for 4 persons) with a separate shower
with a separate shower. There is a vending machine at the sauna,
which would like 6 x 1 € pieces per hour from you.
The guest toilet is on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the large bedroom with a

Our holiday home "Ostseeblau" has three holiday flats and is located in a small, exclusive holiday & residential complex with 8 reed houses not far from the village's own beach access to the Baltic Sea. Nestled between the blue Baltic Sea and the "Kühlung" nature reserve, the Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck presents itself as a tranquil holiday resort for the whole family. It is a place with many opportunities for leisure activities and is close to the Baltic Sea beach. The marina of the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn is only 8 minutes away by bike.
The Baltic Sea coast near Kühlungsborn enchants its guests with a wonderful sandy beach, numerous restored villas with spa architecture and Germany's longest sea promenade. The maritime marina with its many boutiques, cafés and restaurants is just a few minutes by bike from our holiday home in Wittenbeck, as is the 240-metre-long pier
In 5 minutes by bike you can be at the Baltic Sea beach, in the adjacent forest areas or at the " Adlon Golf & Country Club " with its 18-hole championship course. The stop of the "Molli" bathing train is within walking distance, with which you can also comfortably explore the wonderful surroundings as far as Bad Doberan.
The excellent transport links with the A20 motorway via Berlin or Hamburg make this piece of the EAST SEA COAST ideal for a relaxing and eventful holiday and also ideal for a "long" weekend. The municipality of Wittenbeck with its district of Klein Bollhagen lies in an idyllic location between the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn and the "white town by the sea" - Heiligendamm, far away from noise and hustle and bustle.

Super Urlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Ruhe und Erholung PUR
Super schöne Unterkunft, welche man nur empfehlen kann. Man hat eine herrliche Ruhe und kann total entspannen. Man ist in 5 Minuten in Kühlungsborn und kann sich dort in den Trubel stürzen :) und alles geniessen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, denn das ist Urlaub. Viele Grüsse Familie Tietz

Super holiday flat and nice contact
The flat is lovingly furnished, everything is clean and well maintained and leaves nothing to be desired.

Great house, great location-without toddlers
The furnishings are very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. The location is away from the typical Baltic Sea resort hustle and bustle, which we liked. However, a bicycle or car on site is convenient.
During our stay it became clear that despite the presence of a cot and high chairs, the house is not suitable for small children (among other things, many stairs without child safety gates and a light fabric couch without washable cover)
Humanity and understanding only become apparent when things don't run smoothly, and the way the landlords dealt with this left a lot to be desired.

Hier fühlt man sich wie zu Hause !!!!
Wir fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl, wie zu Hause, die 7b ist eine hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
mit eigener Sauna und einem Kaminofen.
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Ostseeblau 7b und kommen bestimmt wieder,
denn wer Ruhe und Strand liebt und nicht im Trubel wohnen möchte ist hier in Wittenbeck bestens aufgehoben,
den bis zum Seebad Kühlungsborn ist es nur ein Katzensprung.

Traumhafte ruhige Lage & grosszügige Ausstattung
Hallo Ihr Lieben,
leider haben wir es zeitlich nicht mehr geschafft in das Gästebuch zu schreiben.
Aber wir lassen es uns nicht nehmen noch mal zu sagen, dass wir sehr begeistert
über die tolle Ferienwohung , die schöne saubere Einrichtung und die Umgebung waren.
