I do my final cleaning myself and attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene measures! During the cleaning, the whole apartment is well aired!
Holiday flat "Auszeit" in Horumersiel-Schillig
Two bicycles free of charge, trolley, beach chair first row by the sea (from beach chair season onwards), W-Lan, child's travel bed, high chair, fall-out protection.
Treat yourself to some time out in our very beautiful, cosy, non-smoking apartment suitable for allergy sufferers. Unfortunately, your pets have to stay at home. There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
Quiet location, beach in approx. 8-10 minutes on foot, village centre in approx. 3 minutes on foot (bakeries, supermarket, ice cream parlour, tea room, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, rehabilitation centre, clinics, financial institutions, boutiques, bookshop etc.). Tourist information (Haus des Gastes) with library and free internet.
Our 60 sqm holiday flat, max 4 persons, is located on the first floor and is flooded with light. It is located in the rear part of the house and faces east - south - west, with a view of the countryside. All rooms have windows with outside blinds and one window in each room has mosquito nets.
From the hallway you enter the two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and toilet and the cosy living - dining area with open kitchen.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, sink, toaster, egg boiler, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, blender and all the other kitchen utensils you need.
In the dining area there is a large table with 4 chairs.
In the living area there is a couch with ottoman, relex armchair with footstool and coffee table,
as well as flat screen TV, music system, books, magazines, travel guides, binoculars, a side table for your laptop.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, alarm clock, mirror, ironing board, iron, laundry basket.
Bedroom with two single beds, small wardrobe, chair, children's games/books, painting materials, travel cot, high chair, fall-out protection.
Bathroom with shower/WC, mirror with cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, hairdryer with defuser.
Hallway with wardrobe, cupboard with hoover and other cleaning utensils, shoe rack.
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture for the common use of all guests.
In the communal garage, 2 bicycles and a handcart are at your disposal free of charge. Of course, you can also park your own bikes or prams there. There is also a larger washbasin.
Enjoy the beach chair to relax, watch the shipping route or take in the beautiful flora and fauna in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea Biosphere Reserve. Binoculars are available in the flat.

The holiday flat "Auszeit" is located in Heinrich - Tiarkstrasse (dead-end street), very central but still quiet. Everything is within easy reach.
The centre of the village is only a 3-minute walk away, the beach is only a 8-10-minute walk away.
Horumersiel is one of the most popular holiday resorts in Germany at the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea
Even a walk along the beach is just the right thing for your health. Pure fresh sea air and the delightful sea climate strengthen your immune system. The low-allergen North Sea air is an important protective factor not only for allergy sufferers.
Ideal for all those who want a varied holiday.
Horumersiel offers a wide range of facilities. Wellness oases, fun swimming pool, children's playgrounds/house, extensive programme of events and spa concerts. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, tolle Gastgeberin
Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Küche waren super. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert.

Perfekter Gastgeber
Wir sind Wiederholungstäter in dieser Wohnung. Es passte wieder einmal alles. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet. Die neue Küche ist schön geworden und passt perfekt zur Wohnung. Auch der Insektenschutz an den Fenstern für jeden Raum ist eine gute Sache. Das Haus war sehr ruhig. Das Highlight ist der dazugehörige Strandkorb am Strand . Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Danke für die schönen Auszeit Tage.

Auszeit

Top-Ferienwohnung
Wir waren im Oktober 2020 mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei 10-jähr. Mädchen für eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in Horumersiel. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und sehr vielseitig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer kl. Nebenstraße (Sackgasse) nur wenige Meter von der Einkaufstraße und dem edeka-Supermarkt entfernt. Viele Restaurants, Bäcker usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Lösung eines kl. Problems war easy, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese FeWo zu 100% und werden sicher wieder kommen. Es war einfach nur eine erholsame und angenehme "Auszeit". Vielen Dank.

Auszeit gelungen
Die FeWo Auszeit hält, was die Bilder und Beschreibung versprechen! Stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz, ruhige Lage, viele kleine Details, die das Wohlfühlen vom ersten Moment an leicht gemacht haben. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Räder haben wir für mehrere Touren genutzt, der Strandkorb steht in zweiter Reihe direkt am Wasser mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Frau Leverkus ist in allen Absprachen sehr entgegenkommend gewesen und hat uns nach der Abreise sogar noch einen von uns vergessenen USB-Stick nachgesendet. Vielen Dank!! Wir können die FeWo absolut weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Auszeit in Horumersiel
Eine tolle , sehr schön eingerichtete FeWo für bis zu 4 Personen. Super austgestattet und mit Liebe sehr schön eingerichtet! Keine Spülmaschine, aber das ist schon "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau.
Gute Lage , Dorfmitte in 5 Gehminuten, Schwimmbad und Strand (Achtung Rasen! Wer Sand möchte muss nach Schillig laufen oder fahren!) in 10 Minuten.

Wir verbrachten mit vier Personen unseren Urlajb in der Ferienwohnung "Auszeit"...
Es gab an der Wohnung definitiv nichts auszusetzen...die Wohnung war total liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war einfach ALLES vorhanden...
Die Wohnung ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.
Und auch wir selber planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung "Auszeit".
Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer super nett und super schnell.

Zwei Wochen Erholung pur
Wir haben mit unserem vierjährigen Sohn zwei Wochen lang die "Auszeit" genießen dürfen. Die Vermieterin Frau Leverkus hat die organisatorischen Dinge im Vorfeld der Reise perfekt abgewickelt und aus der Wohnung mit stilsicherem Geschick ein kleines Juwel gemacht. Ihre wunderschönen, selbstgemalten Bilder laden zum Schmunzeln, Träumen und Entspannen ein. In der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts. An die gemütlichen Tee-Abende, die Sonne im Gesicht beim Aufwachen und die entschleunigten Ausflüge werden wir noch lange zurückdenken. Vielen Dank, liebe Frau Leverkus!

Was soll ich sagen? Die Wohnung verdient Ihren Namen. Wir haben unseren ersten Familienurlaub mit unserem 8 Monate alten Sohn in der "Auszeit" verbracht und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.
Es war alles so wie abgebildet und beschrieben und aus unserer Erfahrung nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Hallo Frau Leverkus,
herzlichen Dank für die super schöne Zeit die unsere Eltern in Ihrer Wohnung verbringen durften.
Sie waren völlig zufrieden.
Tolle Wohnung es fehlt an nichts alles vorhanden. Tolle Lage vor allem der Strandkorb den wir sofort am ersten Tag aufgesucht haben und sehr viel genutzt haben.
