The 70 sqm ground floor holiday flat in Haus Mimi (Fewo Mimi 1) is suitable for up to 3 people. Additional person only by arrangement.
The flat has a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 hot plates and fridge with freezer compartment. The modern dining room has access to the garden and terrace. The living room is equipped with a high-quality leather sofa, which can be pulled out and used as a sleeping place if required. The large bedroom with double bed (1.80 wide - 2 single mattresses) has another TV. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub
The flat has its own terrace area, which is accessed from the dining room. The 1000sqm property is at the disposal of our guests. It invites you to relax, play, barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Mimi is located in the middle of the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more

Everything is great.
In the house Mimi, there is still light,
everyday life has no weight here.
Horumersiel welcomes us warmly,
with true, northern coastal charm.
The North Sea calls, the wind blows gently,
we have laughed so much.
At the beach, the waves, salt on the skin,
here one has gladly built a nest.
In the house Mimi, it was wonderful,
the days could pass too quickly.
Cozy in every room,
a vacation like in the most beautiful dream.
We pack the suitcases with heavy hearts,
but the memories feel infinitely good. We will come back, that is certain,
to this beautiful holiday nest.

Lucky you
We are in Horumersiel over Christmas and enjoying the peace. The place is quiet and the stay is very relaxing. We are very lucky with the accommodation at House Mimi. The first impression and all further impressions of the apartment are exceptionally good. We would be happy if we could be your guests again next year.

Thank you for allowing us to have such a wonderful vacation in your beautiful apartment in lovely Horumersiel. We booked very last minute, and everything went smoothly. Communication via email and WhatsApp made everything very easy. The key handover occurs via the key safe, so we were flexible with our arrival time. The apartment is well-maintained and strikingly high quality equipped - e.g., a Gaggenau dishwasher. We directly liked the place Horumersiel. It is not too crowded, and the people and local staff are very friendly. The weather was also perfect for a summer vacation.

Price-performance ratio fits
We booked the entire house Mimi and were all very satisfied together. The contact with the landlady was uncomplicated and she responded very quickly to my emails. The rental agreements were sent promptly. All 3 apartments are recommended. The equipment in all 3 apartments is very good. The location of the house is central and you can reach the Edeka in the village in a few steps on foot. It is also only a few minutes to the beach. We will come back at the end of the year.

Horumersiel empfängt uns warm,
mit echtem, nordischen Küstencharm.
Die Nordsee ruft,der Wind weht sacht
wir haben soviel gelacht.
Am Strand die Wellen, Salz auf der Haut,
hier hat man sich gerne ein Nest gebaut.
Im Haus Mimi war es wunderschön,
die Tage durften viel zuschnell vergehen.
Gemütlichkeit in jedem Raum,
ein Urlaub wie im schönsten Traum.
Wir packen die Koffer mit schwerem Mut,
doch die Erinnerung tut unendlich gut.
Wir kommen wieder, das steht fest,
an dieses schönes Urlaubsnest.

Danke, dass wir einen sooo schönen Urlaub in ihrer schönen Wohnung im schönen Horumersiel haben durften. Wir haben sehr kurzfristige gebucht und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Verständigung per Mail und per Wats App hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über den Schlüsseltresor, so dass wir mit der Anreisezeit flexibel waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und auffällig hochwertig ausgestattet - z.B. eine Gaggenau Spülmaschine. Es hat uns der Ort Horumersiel direkt gefallen. Es ist nicht zu voll und die Menschen und das Ortspersonal sind sehr freundlich. Das Wetter war ebenfalls perfekt für einen Sommerurlaub.
Wir werden zum Ende des Jahres wiederkommen.
unser Urlaub in Horumersiel hat uns sehr gefallen und daran hatte diese Wohnung einen großen Anteil. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und zentral im Ort gelegen. Die Abwicklung der Buchung war unkompliziert und ihre freundliche Art ist bei uns gut angekommen. Wir sind bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da gewesen und werden sie auch unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiter empfehlen.

Der Weg zum Horumersieler Zemtrum ist ein Katzensprung.
Auch hat die Vermieterin sich sehr zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert und war für alle Fragen stets erreichbar.

Die Abwicklung seit der Mietanfrage bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles sehr zufrieden stellend funktioniert. Die Wohnung und die Vermieter können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Ausstattung von der Wohnung hat uns mehr als nur gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu, hochwertig und wurde mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt. Die Betten und guten Matratzen haben uns tief und fest schlafen lassen. Ich habe selten so viel geträumt wie hier. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit riesigem TV. Ein weiterer Fernseher steht im Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es viele Spiele, die wir mit viel Freude gespielt haben. Zuhause kommt man da ja meistens nicht zu.
Ein Kompliment an das Reinigungsteam: Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen sauber.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar - vielen Dank für alles!
Ihre wunderschöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und eigenem Garten war ein echter Glücksgriff. Wir haben uns in ihrer geschmackvollen, hochwertigen und wunderschön gelegenen Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

wir möchten uns für die super schöne Unterbringung in Ihrer sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung bedanken . Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und sehr überlegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Horumersiel verbracht .
