Schöne Wohnung

The location in the mountains is very beautiful, far away from mass tourism. By car, it's about 10 minutes to Toscolano with its beautiful beach, and 5 minutes longer to reach Maderno and its small port, which are highly recommended. There are many nice restaurants. Plenty of excursion destinations in a beautiful area.

Bella "Casa Ros" : Beautiful "Casa Ros"

From the booking to our arrival at home, Mrs. Capelli was always by our side with her caring and helpful nature. Her brother Luigi and his wife Angela warmly greeted us upon our arrival. The first look into the apartment was breathtaking. So bright, spacious and super clean. The view of the lake was amazing. In general, the area is very fascinating. A short drive through the city of Maderno takes you to the harbor and the beaches.
It is definitely worth getting to know "Casa Ros" and its surroundings.
We will definitely move into "Casa Ros" again. Many thanks to Mrs. Capelli and her family.

Beautiful holiday flat in a top location

Very nice, large, clean and well-equipped holiday flat in a very good location. By car you can reach the beach or the river in 5 minutes. You can also make good excursions into the mountains from here. Rosanna, the landlady, is a very warm and caring woman who was always available with information and tips. It was no problem to take our dog with us after consultation with her.

Very beautiful, bright, spacious and colour-coordinated holiday flat in an impressive location in the village of Pulciano above Toscolano-Madernosdes Gardasees

A beautiful fully equipped holiday flat in a dreamlike location. You can spend a long and happy holiday here. The owner, the super lovely and helpful Mrs. Capelli is always available by phone and gives extremely helpful tips for beautiful excursions such as hikes and great beaches and of course for the culinary needs. From the Eiscafé Castellari, the best ice cream in the area, which is only a few metres away from the flat, you have a fantastic view over Lake Garda. Unfortunately we were only here for 9 days with Mrs Capelli. But we know that we will definitely love to come back. We would also like to mention that we were here with our dear dog Hédi, she was also always and everywhere warmly welcome, could swim at the beautiful dog beaches nearby and felt very comfortable with Mrs Capelli. Of course, the beautiful tours with impressive insights into the fauna and flora through olive groves, on foot or by bike, e.g. from the beautiful little village of Gaino, above Pulciano, at the foot of Monte Castello, are worth mentioning. For this purpose, Mrs Capelli has compiled a folder with hiking maps and descriptions for the most beautiful tours in this area. We felt very comfortable here and were able to recover very well from everyday life during this holiday. We would like to thank you, dear Mrs Capelli, for this wonderful time out and say a presto.

Beautiful vacation apartment with everything you need for your daily needs. The family is very nice and accommodating and could always help us with any questions. Super nice apartment, top landlady with 5 stars.

We were 5 of us here and immediately felt at home. A very lovely landlady whom we could always call or contact via WhatsApp, who always helped us with all questions. Really great of you, Rosanna, not everyone does that.
There is nothing missing in the apartment, great equipment and it is clean like you rarely see in other holidays. The beautiful place Pulciano is quietly located and has an excellent ice cream shop right around the corner, which we highly recommend, super delicious ice cream. It takes a 5-minute drive to the beach, and you are also quickly at many shopping opportunities in Maderno.

It is especially important to us to say a very big thank you to Rosanna (landlady) who supported us at all times with advice and action.

Rosanna`s holiday flat

We spent a week in a very nice, spacious and well furnished apartment
Flat. The entrance to the garage was a bit narrow, but we were careful

Super flat, top hosts

Nice big clean holiday flat in which almost everything is already available, e.g.: dishes, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, towels, bed linen etc..

Mrs. Capelli takes extraordinarily good care of her guests, whether it's tips for excursions, the best place to shop, the best beach or the best restaurants.
She is almost always available and happy to help.

A wide range of brochures, maps and flyers are also available in the entrance area.

What should be mentioned, however:

You should reverse into the garage, which might be a bit difficult for some, as the road is uphill and narrow.

If you want to leave the car, you should take the bus, as it takes a bit more time to walk down the hill.


In our opinion in any case
very good value for money and a kind-hearted hostess.

Super holiday

We were here as a family of 4 and immediately felt at home. A very lovely landlady welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home.
There is nothing missing in the flat, great equipment and it is clean as you hardly know it from other holidays.
The beautiful village of Pulciano is quiet and has an excellent ice cream café just around the corner. The beach is barely 5 minutes away by car and there are many shops in Maderno.

All around a super holiday which we will gladly repeat next year in the same flat.
Once again, many thanks to the super nice landlady who was always there to help and advise us.

Great apartment with lake view

First of all, it must be mentioned that we had the pleasure of meeting Rosanna, a landlord who takes care of her guests like we have never experienced before. Although she does not live on site, she organizes everything perfectly through her cousin. The apartment is not just functional in any way, but immediately feels like home where you feel comfortable right away. Lake view, super clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We stayed there for two weeks with four people. The gelateria with terrace and view of the lake is a highlight as it is open until midnight. Our car was parked in a large garage. Even though it was sometimes lively into the evening, you get a good impression of the Italian way of life up here. We will definitely come back. Dear Rosanna, thank you so much, greetings to your family, and feel typically Italian.

Super nice accommodation - we will be back!!

The apartment is beautiful. It offers enough space, has a large kitchen with dining table, a living room with two sleeping options, two spacious bedrooms - one with a crib and a really nice, large daylight bathroom.
Additionally, the landlady is so caring, but so discreet that one must feel at home and always knows that no matter what happens, support is available. Simply great!
We would love to come back and can really only recommend this accommodation.

A week in Pulciano

The apartment is very spacious, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. All helpful information about the place and the surroundings is available. The individual furnishings enhance the feeling of being able to go on holiday in another country. The paths to the town and the lake (about 2 km uphill) and beautiful walking and hiking trails (also uphill) from the front door are accessible without a car. We very much appreciated the unobtrusive yet warm and comprehensive care provided by the landlord. Due to the weather, the view of the lake was rarely visible, but the paper museum, a church service in the parish church of Gaino, the weekly market, and the gelateria around the corner were small highlights of our stay, which we still enjoyed.

an experience!

The Casa Ros is a very beautiful house, equipped with everything you need for a vacation. As soon as you enter the apartment, a feeling of comfort awaits you. It is very nicely furnished. Rosanna, the landlady, is wonderful. She anticipates her guests' wishes. It's a shame we didn't get to meet Rosanna in person. Nevertheless, she took care of us so lovingly. Thank you! An Italian dream

We felt so comfortable with the entire family that we didn't want to go home anymore. Everything worked out perfectly, everything was top-notch and had its own unique charm. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. The location was optimal for a family vacation, not too isolated but also not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Mrs. Capelli speaks fluent German, was very helpful, nice, and took care of us lovingly. A very, very amazing vacation in an absolutely dreamy location! ! !

Even received very good tips and travel recommendations for the journey, for which we are still very grateful today. Everything was done to allow us to move into the apartment very quickly - a thousand thanks again. A very nice ice cream parlor, just 30 meters away, where you can enjoy delicious ice cream on a beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Garda. We would book the apartment again immediately. Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

We were four and all equally excited about the vacation rental. Super equipped, nothing was missing, and everything was clean. After a 17-hour journey, you could switch off immediately. However, one should not be sensitive to noise, as it can sometimes get quite loud with open windows due to the location on a very narrow street (traffic noise). There is an ice cream parlor around the corner where appetite does not pass by. Delicious! The pension landlady and her family are truly kind and helpful people and were always available. Great landscape, great accommodation, beautiful places to visit, beautiful beaches... we had a very nice time and will definitely not be the last time here.

Beautiful holiday apartment with lake view

We had a wonderful holiday at Lake Garda with two children (7;16). The very beautiful and spacious apartment is also ideal for larger families, although we were quite happy that we left our little one with grandma, as the rocky beach, the hike through the beautiful valley with a mountain river, and the trip to Venice would not have been suitable for him. The landlady is very warm and caring. We had the best ice cream and most delicious latte macchiato in the gelateria directly across the street. We will definitely come back!

Very nice holiday apartment with beautiful view.

The apartment is located slightly higher, providing a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the lovely town of Toscalano Maderno. Within a few minutes, you can reach the town or the beach, either by car or on foot. I would book with Mrs. Capelli again at any time. The on-site support and assistance also deserve a 5-star rating. So if you don't always want to just lie on the beach but also want to experience something, this is the perfect place.

Everything great! We spent a nice week here!

We were four in the beautiful, spacious apartment and spent a wonderful week at Lake Garda. The location is good; you can walk to the lake on a small path, there is a nice ice cream parlor/bar right next to the house, and in the village of Toscolano down by the lake, there are plenty of shopping opportunities. The only negative is the road that passes right by the house, but it is not heavily trafficked. The apartment was very clean, Rosanna is a very good landlady, and we had everything you need for a great holiday! We will gladly come back :-)

very nice holiday with occasional parking problems

We (2 families, each with 2 and 1 small child) felt very comfortable in the flat. Nothing was missing (wifi would have been nice-to-have, but maybe better if you don't have it on holiday). If we had any questions, Mrs Capelli was always available and gave us tips on parking, the beach, etc. We are very grateful for this. We are very grateful for this.

Two private parking spaces were also organised for us on the beach, so we could always park there.

What was a bit annoying, however, was the parking situation directly at the flat. Unfortunately, we (family A) found it very difficult to use the garage because of the large car (Hyundai i30 estate), so we left the garage to family B.

We (family A) could park in front of the front door (most of the time) without any problems. Unfortunately, the parking space is very outdated and has a very high bump directly in front of the driveway, our underbody suffered a bit.

In addition, the roads in this area are very (very) narrow compared to German roads. But you can still get ahead :D

All in all, it was a successful holiday and we would definitely want to repeat it under certain conditions.

I can recommend the flat 100%.
