The semi-detached house in the hamlet of Bogliaco in the municipality of Gargnano is within walking distance of the lake, they have a fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
The double-storey house offers space and comfort for up to seven people and has two bedrooms each with double bed, a small bedroom with single bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for two people. Three bathrooms, one of them with bathtub and shower, an open fireplace, a powerful wifi (100 MB/s) and a large garage complete the luxurious facilities.
A cozy large living room with modern fully equipped kitchen tempts to cook and enjoy, a large garden with its own olive trees, a large terrace on the first floor and a large balcony on the second floor offer space for rest and relaxation. Spacious seating areas with comfortable furniture on the terraces on the first floor and second floor invite you to relax and unwind.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the port of Bogliaco with attractive restaurants and small stores. A tennis complex, the Bogliaco golf course, the famous sailing port and a lido on the lake offer opportunities for sporting activities. The area around Gargnano is a paradise for mountain bikers and hikers.
The old town of Gargnano (2 km), the enchanting town of Toscolano-Maderno with ferry port (5 km) and the picturesque town of Saló (15 km) are easily accessible. In the surrounding area you can stroll and store almost daily at a fascinating market in Torre, Toscolano or Saló.
The bright and cheerfully furnished house is not a vacation home in the commercial sense but offers homeliness and enough space to let your soul dangle. You should feel here not only comfortable but also at home and experience generous atmosphere.
A modern, newly installed large kitchen with all functions and appliances: Induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, juicer, coffee machine (Nespresso) invites you to relax and enjoy cooking. An additional large American refrigerator creates the conditions to enjoy cool summer drinks.
Shopping facilities are available within walking distance in Bogliaco and by car in a few minutes drive in Toscolano-Moderno.
Within a few kilometers a wide culinary offer opens up, ranging from authentic rural Italian cuisine to starred restaurants, offering something for every taste and budget.
Bed linen must be brought along.
Price details 2022:
Low season: March and April: 110 euros per day
Low season: May and June: 120 Euro per day
High season: July to mid September 150 Euro per day

The prices refer to an occupancy with up to 6 persons per apartment per night including W-LAN, electricity, water, heating
The tourist tax is an additional 1 Euro per person per night.
The final cleaning is a one-time fee of 60 Euro.

The way to your vacation:
If you are coming from Brenner on the freeway to the south, please leave the freeway about 120 km after Brenner at the exit "ROVERETO SÜD", direction Lago di Garda and drive in the direction of Riva. Shortly before Riva you can decide if you want to use the bypass on the right or if you want to go left through the town of Riva directly along the lake. In either case, follow the signs for LIMONE or BRESCIA. After a short while you will drive through the picturesque - but unfortunately in some places narrow - tunnels of the GARDESANA.
After about 10 km you will pass through the picturesque resort of LIMONE and continue south towards Brescia. After about 50 minutes (from RIVA) you will reach the town of GARGNANO and you are almost there. Please drive straight along Gargnano for about four kilometers until you reach the hamlet of Bogliaco. At the first traffic circle, turn right into the left of the two forks and continue for about 800 meters until you see the sign for VILLAVETRO; after another 200 meters you will arrive at RUINO, a T-junction from which one road goes to the right and two to the left.
Turn left and immediately (5 meters!) turn right again into a dead-end street, Via dei Castello Pellacani, and you will reach your vacation destination at number 11-13: WELCOME!

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Arena of Verona:
A trip to Verona for the festival is always worthwhile in the summer and it is quite possible to go to Verona in the afternoon, visit an opera or a concert and return at night: In the early afternoon by ferry in Toscolano to Torri, from there ten minutes to highway exit to AFFI and continue to Verona.
At night the way back, however, if the ferry does not run, you must then drive back around the southern tip of Lake Garda.
Culturally interesting is also a large museum estate of Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone.The imposing museum complex is located on a hill and was designed and built by the Italian national poet Gabriele D'Annunzio. It includes his residence, now a museum, a legendary flying vehicle (type SVA 10) in which Annunzio made his legendary flight over Vienna. In another museum you can see a ship (submarine fighter) and two vintage cars. Around the museums there is a very beautiful park.

In Gardone you can also visit the park of Andrè Heller, which is particularly attractive for its splendid and abundant flowers, especially in spring. But the attraction is also the collection of modern works of art by famous artists that Heller created here. A place of symbiosis of nature, art and imagination. Italy's most famous action park, Gardaland, on the other side of the lake offers a wonderful day out, especially for children. It is best to book tickets in advance on the Internet the site is also displayed in German.

The best way to get there is by ferry to Torri, from there to the junction AFFI (do not get on the highway, but use the expressway in the direction of Peschiera del Garda and follow the signs to Gardaland.
Sports facilities
If you have sporting ambitions, there are almost no limits to your vacation here.
Of course, first of all the lake with bathing beaches in Bogliaco, Villa and Gargnano attracts you to swim.
You can also rent boats in the port of Gargnano for a few hours or even days, but also a motorboat in the shipyard Fetrinelli. In the port of Bogliaco there are also sailboats that you can rent. After all, the Centomiglia one of the largest sailing regattas is held every year on the second weekend of September here on Lake Garda.
Motorcyclists or mountain bikers also get their money's worth here. In the traffic circle where you turn right in Bogliaco to your accommodation, there is a bike rental on the right side where you can rent all kinds of bikes
In Bogliaco there is a tennis court right in front of your door and a few kilometers from my house there is the third oldest golf course in Italy. If you go out of the traffic circle in Bogliaco to the right, direction Saló, immediately after you take the first exit to the right and in a few minutes you will reach your destination. Even if you don't play golf, it's worth going to the clubhouse for lunch or dinner. The cuisine is really excellent with a beautiful view from the terrace.

My wife Andrea Nasemann bought this beautiful semi-detached house in 2021 and completely renovated it in the spring of 2022. She has been spending her vacations on Lake Garda in Gargnano for over 50 years and uses this new property, in addition to her own home, mainly for vacations with your children and grandchildren. In free periods we are happy to welcome vacation guests there as well. It is not a vacation home in the commercial sense but a beautiful homely and elegantly furnished house where you should feel at home and live comfortably. A large terrace with a spacious garden invites you to relax but also to eat together. The balcony on the second floor offers refuge and resting place. We want our guests to feel comfortable in this beautiful house and like to come back.
