The comfortable 2-room apartment "Vigne 3" is about 60 m² in size and is located on the ground floor with a private terrace and a small garden area.
The apartment has a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a shower room, and a bedroom with a double bed. The community pool (10x5 meters) with outdoor shower, the lounging lawn, and sun loungers are available exclusively for the residents and our holiday guests. Ideal for 2 people who want to spend their relaxing holiday in a private atmosphere.

The center of Maderno and the beaches and coves of Lake Garda, as well as the ferry terminal to Torri del Benaco, are within walking distance, approximately 10 and 20 minutes respectively.
Only a few facilities offer such a privileged location amidst nature while still being so close to the town center.
