The flat is located a few minutes by car above Toscolano-Maderno in Cecina, a picturesque, idyllic, quiet part of Toscolano Maderno. Ideal for swimming, hiking and mountain biking.
Small beach within 10 minutes walking distance.
Nearby, 1 minute walk is a nice little shop where you can find everything from fresh bread rolls to fresh Parma ham. Restaurant and pizzeria within 3 minutes walking distance.
The beaches in Toscolano are 5 minutes away by car, parking is available.
The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno is located on the picturesque western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park.
To reach Toscolano-Maderno, take the Brenner motorway and exit at Rovereto Sud via Riva-Limone and follow the Gardesana road along the western shore, or continue along the Brenner motorway and leave the motorway at Affi and take the ferry from Torri to Maderno.
Alternatively, via Switzerland-Milan, take the Milan-Venice motorway, exit at Desenzano and then follow the signs to Saló then on to Maderno.
In Maderno there are numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. Ferries for trips to the other shore or around the lake are nearby.
Arrival and departure can also be arranged individually according to booking situation.

Verona, Bergamo and for children Gardaland, Italy's largest amusement park or various water parks are absolutely worth seeing.
Or simply visit the picturesque towns around the lake such as Salò, enjoy the atmosphere with a good wine and a cosy meal with the olive oil of the area may not be missing.
Beaches are close by with cafes, bars and restaurants.
Nearby is the golf course of Bogliaco, tennis courts, indoor tennis, newly built indoor swimming pool in Gargnano. Possibilities to rent Vespas, bicycles, pedal boats, motor boats and sailing boats.

Great holiday at the lake
We, a couple in our mid-30s stayed in this lovely flat for a week. It has an incredible flair.
Stylishly furnished, a lovely balcony with lake view, totally quiet location....
Upstairs in the loft, a cosy little library with armchairs for reading, a TV and lake view.
Not 3 minutes away is a great pizzeria with good prices, next to it a nice little restaurant.
We did a lot of hiking, so the location of the flat is ideal, you can start right from the front door.
The lake is just 5 minutes away.
Cecina is really a nice part of Toscolano-Maderno.
We enjoyed our holiday very much and will probably come back in autumn.
