An absolute dream villa directly on the lake in typical Italian style built into the terraces of a limonaia
The villa consists of 3 floors, terraces and a private exotic garden all around and forms a self-contained unit.
Upstairs there is a parking space with gate for 2 cars
Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms individually air-conditioned and 2 bathrooms
Ground floor: Glazed veranda with table, kitchen fully equipped with oven-microwave-dishwasher-German filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, guest bathroom, open plan dining room with large table and air conditioning
Lower floor: Large living room with sitting area, bar, utility room, small bathroom, table tennis, direct access to the lake with a ladder where the clear water invites you to swim.
In the living room there may be the possibility to put 2 extra beds

The villa is situated directly below the shore road between Bogliaco and Toscolano Maderno, in a quiet position
The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno lies on the picturesque western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park.
To get there, take the Brenner motorway and exit at Rovereto Sud via Riva-Limone and follow the Gardesana lakeside road along the western shore, or continue along the Brenner motorway and leave the motorway at Affi and take the ferry from Torri to Maderno.
Alternatively, via Switzerland-Milan, take the Milan-Venice motorway and exit at Desenzano, then follow the signs for Saló and continue to Maderno
In Maderno there are numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. Ferries for trips to the other shore or around the lake are nearby.
On request we can organise transfers to and from the airport or railway station.
Arrival and departure can also be arranged individually according to the booking situation. Preferably Thursday or Saturday.

Your dog or other pets are welcome for a fee of € 50,- per week.

Absolutely worth seeing is Verona, Bergamo and Gardaland for children, Italy's largest amusement park or various water parks.
Or you just visit the picturesque places around the lake like Salò, enjoy the atmosphere with a good wine and a cozy meal where the olive oil of the area should not be missed.
Beaches are nearby with cafes, bars and restaurants.
Nearby is the Bogliaco golf course, tennis courts, indoor tennis, newly built indoor swimming pool in Gargnano. Opportunities Vespas to rent bicycles, pedal boats, motor boats and sailing ships.

Wonderful house on the lake.
The location is truly unique. The view from inside and outside is breathtaking. The facilities are complete and the house is very large. Ideal for families or travel groups. Toscolano with all necessary shopping facilities can be reached on foot. Arrival and departure were very flexibly organized by Mrs. Mangold and we were even able to stay longer on the day of departure. Highly recommended.

A wonderful holiday!
We had a mega beautiful holiday in this dream villa!!! The location, the view, the weather - everything was just right! The only real drawback is the lack of a pavement - but the 500 metres to the pedestrian stairs down to the town are absolutely doable. We would also like to thank Mrs. Mangold for the great care - we had a very nice time and will gladly come back again :)!
All in all, I don't have the right words to describe the great holiday week exactly :)

Lage Lage Lage
Eine in die Jahre gekommene Schönheit die direkt am See liegt . Die Lage ist toll … aber … der Aufzug ist ne Diva und funktioniert manchmal nicht … an einigen Stellen ist die Sauberkeit auch sehr grenzwertig … und das Müllmanagement ist herausfordernd.

Dream house with direct lake access
The villa is wonderful, very spacious and bright, all rooms facing the lake, large windows with electric blinds.
The highlight is certainly the direct access to the lake, which is in need of renovation.
It is absolutely quiet in the house, despite its direct location on the main road. The kitchen is in order with all conceivable electrical appliances. However, there is no Wi-Fi in the house, which was a problem for my pubescent daughter :-)
We found the beds to be of normal size and of good quality. The contact with Mrs Mangold was great.
Absolutely recommendable, we enjoyed our holiday very much.

Traum Villa!
Die Villa ist herrlich, sehr großzügig und hell, alle Räume Richtung See, grosse Fenster mit elektrischen Jalousien.
Das Highlight ist sicher der direkte Seezugang und der terrassenförmige Garten mit Oleander, Zitronenbäumen und sonstigen exotischen Gewächsen.
Es ist absolut ruhig. Die Küche ist gross mit allen erdenklichen Elektrogeräten.
Alle Räume sind klimatisiert.
Die Betten haben unseres Erachtens eine ganz normale Größe und sind qualitativ sehr gut. Im dritten Schlafzimmer sind 2 Einzelbetten.
Absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Das Haus ist etwas besonderes, die Größe des Grundstücks (=sehr privat), der direkte Zugang zum See ?, die Parkmöglichkeit und der Aufzug (der sehr wichtigsten, da es viele Treppen sind)

Appartment Solonero
Die Vermittlung der Ferienwohnung Solonero über Frau Mangold war schnell und unkompliziert, trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung. Frau Mangold ging auf unsere Wünsche bzgl. Anreise, Bezahlung und Abreise wunderbar ein. Vielen Dank !!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Immer wieder gerne
Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Von Vorteil ist die Klimaanlage in den heißen Monaten. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den See. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet. Restaurants sind aber gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Frau Mangold ist super nett und sehr flexibel. Wir sagen danke - bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Gute Ferienwohnung .Waren alle sehr zufrieden . Mit einer kleinen Einschränkung Die Betten wurden als zu schmal empfunden.Die anderen Gegebenheiten waren für unseren Aufenthalt ideal.

Für uns war das eine gute 2+ Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten nur einwenig zu schmale Betten .Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufiedenheit .Wurden auch gut betreut von Fr. Mangold.

Richtig schön
Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier.
Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, alles neu renoviert. Super Elektrogeräte. Und sehr viel Platz.
Alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Zentral gelegen.
Frau Mangold war richtig nett und bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.
