The tastefully furnished 2-room apartment, with terrace, is located on the ground floor and is bright and comfortably furnished for 2-4 people on about 60 sqm. The quietly located holiday flat offers a wonderful view of the greenery. When you enter, you immediately feel like you are on holiday. The well-maintained kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer. The living area invites you to relax: The 2 comfortable couches are extendable and allow an effortless extra bed for 2 persons. The bedroom offers a double bed with two high-quality mattresses, which are individually adjustable via the slatted frames, and a large wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. The modern bathroom, with large mirror, noble washstand granite cover plate, washing machine, as well as underfloor heating, rounds off the entire flat. It is only a few steps to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The spa gardens and the pier can be reached quickly on foot, by bike or by bus. The popular Ostsee-Therme with seawater thermal pool and SPA area is in the immediate vicinity. There is a shuttle bus connection for the entire spa resort for holiday guests. A free car parking space is of course directly at the house. Great extras: 2 bicycles, 1 high chair, 1 children's travel bed, iron, 1 handcart, 1 barbecue included! Non-smokers, pets not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the Tarnewitz district, close to the Tarnewitzer Huk nature reserve.

The 5 km long, fine sandy beach is only about 200 m away. If you prefer a quieter location, are looking for proximity to the beach, love the view of the greenery and want to enjoy comfortable furnishings, you are in good hands here. The Baltic resort of Boltenhagen is located 20km west of Wismar and 35km east of Lübeck.

There is a five-kilometre-long, fine sandy beach in the centre of the town. There are facilities for people with disabilities (blind people) near the beach.
Since the beginning of the 2008 season, the Weiße Wiek with the Boltenhagen Marina, a harbour for skippers, water hikers and professional fishermen, has existed in the Tarnewitz district.

In addition to the classic spa facilities, the leisure facilities also include mini golf, swing golf, beach volleyball and other outdoor sports.

Super Kurzurlaub

Very nice apartment, beautifully furnished and great location. The only downside was the cleanliness of the kitchen, which didn't quite match the cost of the final cleaning; some additional cleaning was needed there, which was a pity. Otherwise, great apartment, would stay again anytime and highly recommended.

recommend for: disabled persons, seniors, holiday with children, holiday without car, beach holiday
