Location and surroundings of object
The geographical location of our holiday home in Hegau in brief by car minutes: Hochrhein 5, Switzerland 5, Rhine Falls 15, Lake Constance 15, Black Forest 30, Breisgau 45, Bregenz Lake Constance 60, Alps e.g. Säntis 80, Aach Spring 15 (Germany's largest spring). You can reach Europa Park/Rust in 2 hours.
The location of our holiday home offers the perfect starting point or entry/exit for various hiking and cycling trails. You will also find perfect access to the long-distance route towards the Lake Constance cycle paths. My personal favorites are:
1.
A day trip towards Switzerland, via Gailingen directly on the Upper Rhine for 5 km, with the best swimming spots. However, you should be able to swim, as it is a river and not a standing body of water. Then, about 10 km further downstream, you reach the Rhine Falls/Schaffhausen. By the way, you can also take the ferry from Gailingen/Diessenhofen upstream to Stein am Rhein all the way to Lake Constance, e.g. Konstanz. That is well worth its own day trip.
2. From the Hegaunest holiday home, my second favorite for a bike tour is, of course, the Hegau Volcano Tour, also known as the Hegau Kegelspiel. Start Randegg – Riedheim – Weiterdingen and the Hohenstoffeln castle ruins – Engen-Welschingen and the Hohenhewen castle ruins, continue towards Hegaublick – Mühlhausen, Mägdebeg castle ruins – towards Singen, Hohenkrähen castle ruins, continue towards Singen, the best-preserved and constantly restored Hohentwiel castle ruins, Gottmadingen – Randegg/holiday home. Famous routes such as the: 3Worlds – Cycle Path:
In 6 stages through 3 landscapes and 2 countries. Black Forest, Upper Rhine/Rhine Falls, and Lake Constance. Stage 1, section: Schaffhausen – Gaienhofen/Horn passes directly by our holiday home. Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Fees
You may withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing (letter or email). In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for any damages incurred:
• In the case of withdrawal after/at the time of booking, 20% of the total amount is payable.
• In the case of withdrawal from the 31st day up to the 90th day before check-in, 50% of the total amount is payable.
• In the case of withdrawal from the 30th day up to check-in, the full rental price is payable. The date of receipt of your withdrawal notice is decisive. Any amounts already paid will be offset.
A substitute person who enters into your contract under the stated conditions may be provided by you. Written notification is sufficient. It is recommended that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.
