Description
We rent out 2 cozy holiday apartments in the state of Baden-Württemberg between Lake Constance and the Danube Valley. You will be staying in the countryside in a very quiet area. All apartments are located on the top floor and are equipped with a balcony (Rulfingen without balcony). You can find all further information on our homepage. There you will also find an occupancy plan from which you can see the available dates. Through a separate entrance you reach the tastefully furnished apartments in the attic.
A covered parking space (carport) is available for your car, and bicycles can be stored in the garden shed.
The apartment (1) is approx. 50 sqm in size and is equipped with a separate bedroom for 2 people, and optionally with an extra bed for 1 additional person in the living area. Shower with toilet, hand washbasin and many storage options is available for your daily personal care.
The apartment (2) is approx. 75 sqm in size and is equipped with two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a separate kitchen, and a shower with a large washbasin with mirrored cabinet, toilet, etc.
Further amenities:
Bed linen as well as guest hand and bath towels, toilet paper are provided.
A spacious balcony with garden furniture is available for your relaxation. Color TV with all common satellite programs available.
Child’s bed available.
Kitchen with comfortable equipment such as coffee machine with filter, four-burner stove with oven, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, dish soap, etc.
In the garden, a seating area with garden house and furnished garden terrace invites you to spend a few cozy hours relaxing.

With the municipality parts Ablach, Göggingen, Bittelschieß, Ettisweiler and good geographical location (approx. 25 min. to Lake Constance, 10 min. to the upper Danube (Danube valley) nature park, 30 minutes in the black forest or on the Swabian Jura, as well as per an hour in the Switzerland or Austria) make the town an attractive location for nice trips in the next attractive Lakes (area target Finger Lakes 5 minutes) with the recreation area of South Pacific (with diving school), well shaded beach of Krauchenwies, New Zealand, Restaurant-Cafe built into the Lake is guaranteed no chance of #xD;
Our newly built apartments is 10 km peacefully, set among trees and gardens distance to the Danube valley and 25 km to Lake #xD;

Super vacation apartment
The holiday apartment is very modernly furnished and equipped with everything one needs on vacation. The Waibel family are very nice, friendly, and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable there, despite the mediocre weather.

Vacation apartment for your comfort
Thank you very much to the Waibel family.
The welcome was very warm, water and freshly pressed apple juice were ready.
The apartment was very beautiful and lovingly furnished. Everything we needed was there.
In short, we felt comfortable from the very beginning.
The place Ablach is quiet, away from traffic noise, but still central for excursions in the area.
Mrs. Waibel was open to all questions and provided us with valuable tips for excursions, etc. We may be "Nordlichter" and usually spend our holidays in northern Germany, but just the Waibel family and their vacation apartment are a reason to come back once again.

Beautiful apartment and area.
We had the apartment with one bedroom. You feel at home immediately. Very nicely furnished and there is nothing missing in the apartment. Very friendly and helpful landlords. There is a lot of information material for hikes or destinations. Furthermore, the landlords have even worked out hiking or cycling tours themselves. We have never encountered anything like this before. The apartment and the area are highly recommended. We will definitely come back. There is still a lot to do.

Super address!
The (smaller of the two possible) flat has everything I want from a holiday flat
- An excellent equipment with all possible items (TV in the living room and in the bedroom, kitchen with everything you need, incl. cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. etc.). Even a bicycle was provided, which I had not expected at all.
- Generous carport, so that the car was always protected from heat and rain and could be loaded/unloaded easily.
- Lovingly and comprehensively compiled information on the flat and the commodities, on the immediate surroundings (shopping etc.) and on excursion destinations (including an extensive video library with films on possible destinations!).
- High-quality insect screens in front of the two balcony doors, so that I could ventilate well at night without worrying about mosquitoes.
- Good blackout options so that the flat could be kept relatively cool despite the great summer heat.
I was more than satisfied with the flat, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlords really left nothing to be desired! The fact that the property is also very quiet and in a beautiful location, and not least the supply of excellent organic apple juice from their own fruit, made me spend some really nice days there!
