Description
One-third of the cottage the House seems well 250 Years came in the 1970s Renovated again and again from 2008-2012 a buildup with 140sqm floor area lake view and very high qualities facilities.
dining Room with Kitchen,living Room as a Bedroom can be with Bad/shower/washing
machine, seperate toilet.
In the 3 double Rooms seperatly and toilet,small niche in the inferior with sleeping is very suitable for 2 Families with Children,expended famlily and for smaller Groups.

The holiday home is located in the historic center of Bodman, between the castle and the lake.
A butcher's shop with fresh rolls is in the immediate vicinity. This means you don't need to start your car in the morning to buy breakfast. If you arrive by train, there is the possibility to take the bus from Ludwigshafen to Bodman, with the bus stop 50m from the house. In individual cases, we can also pick you up from the train station in Ludwigshafen by arrangement. Ferry service across the entire Überlinger See with connection to Mainau,

A really beautiful vacation
We spent a week in the cozy holiday home by Lake Constance. The amenities left nothing to be desired, everything was clean and tidy. In the large kitchen, everything needed was available. The bedrooms are spacious, and from one balcony, there is a very nice view of the lake; there is also a balcony in front of the living room with seating. In the immediate vicinity, there is a butcher who also has fresh rolls. The lake is only a short walk away. Mr. Seiberle is a very pleasant and friendly landlord who welcomed us with a bottle of wine and treats for our dog. We had a lovely vacation here.

Pretty little house in a perfect location
Very well suited for larger families. In the living room with the beautiful old half-timbering, it is cozy to sit together and cook together. However, there are also plenty of retreat options. The bedrooms are very spacious, especially the room "Andreaskreuz," which is really huge. The beds - covered with pretty bed linen - are all large and very comfortable. We really liked the winding upper floor. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Mr. Seiberle and his wife are truly exceptionally nice hosts who are very attentive to the well-being of their guests. We felt very welcome right away. There was a bottle of wine and even treats for our dog as a welcome gift. Bodman is a very well-kept place with a beautiful waterfront promenade. The beach (also for dogs!) and the harbor are just a few minutes' walk away, but you can also start numerous hikes directly from the house. The location is very quiet. The bus stop is just around the corner, all public transport trips are free with the guest card.
For cycling, it's better to bring your own bikes or rent some on site. A well-developed and signposted network of bike paths along the lake, but also in the hinterland - passing many apple orchards - makes for great cycling.
All in all, a wonderfully successful vacation! Unfortunately, the week was much too short for all that we would have liked to do, but when we are traveling with the extended family again, we would be happy to return to the Seeperle house.

Unforgettable holiday
We spent a dream holiday in Bodman in this very beautiful house. Everything was very clean and well equipped. The landlord was very nice and helpful, there was even a bottle of wine to welcome us. Everything you need is there. I already miss the view from the balcony.
The lake is less than five minutes away and you can refresh yourself there. For a day of swimming, however, the lido at Bodman is the place to go. About 5 minutes by bike. It's great that there are bicycles on site. The harbour is less than a ten-minute walk away. There is a small village shop in town where you can get bread rolls and small items. There is a delicious ice cream shop next door. Bodman itself is not as crowded as other places on Lake Constance. We liked that very much.
We can only recommend the house and would go there again at any time

Beautiful
Beautiful holiday flats, everything top. Optimal to switch off and come to rest.
The landlords are very accommodating.
The kitchen and the preserved half-timbering in it are a feast for the eyes.
