Relax in the sauna, snuggle up in front of the fireplace or enjoy the sun in the seasonal beach chair right by the house (available from May to September).

Der Eigentümer verliert dadurch den Anspruch auf den Vermietungspreis, macht für diesen Fall jedoch nachfolgende pauschale Stornogebühr unter Berücksichtigung der ersparten Aufwendungen mit sofortiger Fälligkeit geltend: – bis zum 49. Tag vor Reiseantritt: 20 % vom Reisepreis, mindestens jedoch EUR 200,- – bis zum 35. Tag vor Reiseantritt: 30 % vom Reisepreis – bis zum 21. Tag vor Reiseantritt: 60 % vom Reisepreis – bis zum 14. Tag vor Reiseantritt: 90 % vom Reisepreis – ansonsten 100% des Reisepreises Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der Vermietungsleistung ist der Eigentümer zur baldmöglichsten anderweitigen Vermietung verpflichtet, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden und den Schaden so gering wie möglich zu halten. Eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 200,- Euro steht dem Eigentümer trotzdem zu. Ich empfehle den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Rücktrittserklärungen müssen in jedem Falle schriftlich erfolgen und sind direkt an den Eigentümer zu richten.
