Relax in the sauna, snuggle up in front of the fireplace or enjoy the sun in the seasonal beach chair right by the house (available from May to September).

Tag vor Reiseantritt: 90 % vom Reisepreis – ansonsten 100% des Reisepreises Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der Vermietungsleistung ist der Eigentümer zur baldmöglichsten anderweitigen Vermietung verpflichtet, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden und den Schaden so gering wie möglich zu halten. Eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 200,- Euro steht dem Eigentümer trotzdem zu. Ich empfehle den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Rücktrittserklärungen müssen in jedem Falle schriftlich erfolgen und sind direkt an den Eigentümer zu richten.
