Holiday at the Baltic Sea near Kiel.
Holiday home near the beach between Laboe and Schönberger Strand from private.
We rent out our small, self-used holiday home in Wisch Heidkate for 2 to 3 people.
The holiday home is leased by us and is to be rented out in the unused time.
We would like to offer other people the opportunity to spend some nice holidays by the sea.
The house is located in a quiet holiday home settlement about 450 m from the beach (without visitor's tax). The holiday home has a living area of 33 sqm with one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with an open-plan kitchen area. In the living room there is a sofa, which can be converted into a sleeping area.
In front of the house there is a covered, wind-protected terrace with a cosy sitting area. A large garden belongs to the holiday home. The property is fenced, the car can be parked on the property.

- You have to bring your own bed linen
- Sheets for boxspring bed available
- Folding cot (suitable for baby and toddler) by Hauck available

- Well-developed cycle paths with Baltic Sea views in the immediate vicinity, hiking trails right on the doorstep
- Surf school within walking distance
In addition to the rent, there is a one-time cleaning fee of 45,00 € per stay. A deposit of € 150.00 will be refunded after the electricity costs used have been settled after departure

Relaxing holiday with dog
This holiday home is in a quiet location, within walking distance of the beach and dog beach. A fantastically beautiful environment. The furnishings are modern and you have everything you need. The property offers space for dogs to run around and is fenced in. I really enjoyed my holiday there.

Schönes Ferinenhaus in Strandnähe
Hundestrand in der Nähe, sehr schöne ruhige Lage
Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und es werden Fahrräder und Grill zu Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem sind im Garten ein Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Perfekt für kleine bis mittlere Hunde da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Outstanding!!
Great holiday home in a charming location in the middle of a holiday home area. 2 minutes walk to the often deserted, white sandy beach. Restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance
We were there with 2 small children and thanks to the great hosts Steffen and Jeanette we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back
