Holiday at the Baltic Sea near Kiel.
Vacation home close to the beach between Laboe and Schönberger Strand, privately owned.
We rent out our small, personally used vacation home in Wisch Heidkate for 2 to 3 people.
The vacation home is leased by us and is intended to be rented out when not in use.
Thus, we would like to offer other people the opportunity to spend some beautiful vacation days by the sea.
The house is located in a quiet vacation home development approximately 450 meters from the beach (no spa tax required). The holiday home has a living space of 33 sqm with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen area. There is a sofa in the living room that can be converted into a sleeping option.
In front of the house, there is a covered, wind-protected terrace with a cozy sitting area. The holiday home has a large garden. The property is fenced, and the car can be parked on the property. Upper floor with bedroom:
- 160 x 200 cm box spring bed
- Bed linen must be brought
- Sheets for box spring bed available
- Hauck foldable children's bed (suitable for baby and toddler) available

In addition to the rental price, a one-time cleaning fee of 60.00 € per stay is charged. A deposit of 150.00 € will be refunded after departure, offset against the electricity costs incurred.

Summer vacation
The holiday home is located in a dead-end street and is the last house. No through traffic, very quiet and beautifully situated. Shopping facilities within walking distance (700 m). In 3 to 5 minutes you are at the beach, another 5 minutes at the super beautiful dog beach. Near the beach, there are options to eat small snacks at certain times. The garden is fenced and our Labrador had a lot of fun. Bicycles, beach chair, grill, mini golf clubs (a small mini golf course is 100 m away) all available. Next to the mini golf course is a fenced training area for dogs. Especially great is the small covered and above all rain and wind-protected terrace. Here you can sit in any weather. Everything was clean and tidy as you would expect to find a holiday home. The contact with the landlord was great. You can contact him anytime with questions. We can only recommend the house.

Relaxing holiday with dog
This holiday home is in a quiet location, within walking distance of the beach and dog beach. A fantastically beautiful environment. The furnishings are modern and you have everything you need. The property offers space for dogs to run around and is fenced in. I really enjoyed my holiday there.

Beautiful vacation home near the beach
Dog beach nearby, very nice quiet location.
The furnishings are new, and bicycles and a grill are provided. Additionally, there is a beach chair and sun loungers available in the garden. Perfect for small to medium dogs, as the property is fenced. We would love to come back.

Outstanding!!
Great holiday home in a charming location in the middle of a holiday home area. 2 minutes walk to the often deserted, white sandy beach. Restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance
We were there with 2 small children and thanks to the great hosts Steffen and Jeanette we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back
