The 40 m² apartment offers space for up to 3 people and is ideal for couples who appreciate peace and comfort, as well as for families with a small child who love short distances and a relaxed, traffic-calmed environment. What awaits you:
• Spacious terrace for relaxing hours outdoors

• Kitchenette with dishwasher
• Close to the beach – the Baltic Sea beach is practically on your doorstep

The ground floor holiday apartment with separate entrance features a furnished terrace with sun umbrella and a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom you reach the shower bathroom. In the living room there is a couch and a smart TV. WLAN is of course available. The windows have external shutters and pleated blinds.

This holiday apartment is suitable for two adults. A travel cot and a high chair for babies are available on request.

Repeat offender

We have now spent our vacation for the second time with the Labs family and are once again very satisfied. The holiday apartment is beautifully designed, you feel immediately welcome, and it feels really homely. The location is great, and it is wonderfully uncomplicated with the Labs family. For the bad weather, we received many great tips from Mrs. Labs on what we could do with our child. Tiny hints for other travelers: we arrived as a group of three, the sofa is the third sleeping place. We personally are not fans of smooth sofas. Since we knew this in advance, we brought an air mattress for our son and placed it in the living room for sleeping. We hung one of our beach towels on the living room door, as it was already very bright in the living room in the morning due to the adjacent entrance door. Thank you very much for the lovely stay and the great interaction! See you soon :-)

Cute vacation apartment in top location

We had a great week at Schönberger Strand. Despite the changeable weather, we had lovely days. The only downside was the larger apartment directly above. Unfortunately, it is very noisy. The apartment was somewhat damp despite being well-ventilated.

Great location

I had a great week at Schönberger Strand.
For me, as a solo traveller, the size of the apartment was great. (also sufficient for two people)
The location of the apartment is great... not even a 2-minute walk and you're at the dike ?
Yes, the apartment is noisy, but if you live in a rented apartment, you often also have the problem that people live above you.
The landlord is fantastic. If there is a problem, he takes care of it immediately and resolves it promptly!
I'm looking forward to my next vacation in 2024!

It is too small for two adults and one 14-year-old child.

We arrived on August 1, 2022. The first day after 500km, everything was okay, but from the second day on, we are woken up promptly at 6 am every morning by the residents above us, so vacation, relaxing, and unwinding are not possible for us here. That's why we are leaving a day earlier. Noise insulation is nonexistent here. We can hear the neighbors talking through the walls, and the ones above us, every step, every trip to the toilet, everything. It's not a restful experience for us. Special board nightmare. Everything is clean and all necessary items are there, but endless noise.

Top location!

We spent two weeks of the summer holidays with our children at the beautiful Schönberg beach and fell in love with the house all over again. A few years ago, we were already guests with another family in the large flat on the upper floor (Charisma I). Since we liked the location of the house so much due to the immediate proximity to the beach, we booked the smaller flat for ourselves this time. Except for a washing machine, the flat is equipped with everything you need for a stay of several weeks. The terrace provides more space, which we used for barbecuing and chilling ;-) The bathroom is small, but the shower is great!
We will come back and try out Charisma III ;-)

Schönberger Strand

We spent a lovely and peaceful holiday from 16.05.-30.05.2021. The property is exactly as described. It's only 50 meters to the Baltic Sea, and another 150 meters to the beach. The surrounding area was also ideal. Bakeries, etc. were easily accessible. We would definitely spend our holiday there again anytime. Many thanks to the landlord who made everything possible.
