Welcome to the designer villa Am Haff - picturesquely situated directly on the Usedom cliff with fantastic views of the Szczecin Lagoon.
The designer villa offers 400 m² of living space for up to 8 people (10 people on request) and a small child up to 2 years of age, an elegant domicile for an exceptional holiday on the island of Usedom.
The villa
The villa lives up to its name: built in the Bauhaus style, with large windows and spacious rooms, it is bright and elegant. The stylish, minimalist furnishings add to the special charm of this property.
Terrace & garden
Adjacent to the designer villa is a 150 m² terrace, equipped with a large dining table, lounge area, sun loungers, parasols and an electric barbecue. You will also find a whirlpool from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lagoon. On clear nights, you will be enchanted by a sea of stars that sparkle especially brightly thanks to the villa's location in the middle of nature.
The well-kept, completely fenced garden with a generously dimensioned lawn and a cosy seating area directly on the cliff edge adjoin the terrace. Catch the last rays of the day here with a glass of wine.
The house is located on a plot of 6,000 m², half of which is completely unspoilt below the cliff edge. In addition to old trees, which are atmospherically illuminated in the evening, there is a wide reed belt that reaches all the way to the lagoon. Here, foxes and rabbits literally say good night to each other, and deer can also be seen walking along the edge of the cliff in the light of the tree spotlights.
The ground floor
When you enter the house, the feeling of spaciousness continues inside. A large entrance area with a free-floating staircase opens up to the sides into two symmetrical areas. To the left is the spacious, open-plan living area with comfortable sofa and satellite TV (65 ") as well as a cosy reading corner. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened almost to their full width if required. A modern gas fireplace acts as a room divider to the entrance area, providing soothing warmth in just a few minutes.
On the right-hand side is an open, spacious and modern eat-in kitchen, equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, induction cooker, steamer, raclette, coffee machine, microwave and Nespresso machine.
From the large dining table, which comfortably seats up to 8 people, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the lagoon. Here, too, the floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened almost completely.
Adjacent to the dining area is an open recreation room with a tournament dart machine and table football, as well as another refrigerator with a spacious icebox. If required, there is a sleeping accommodation for two persons in this room: The comfortable leather couch can be folded out into a sofa bed with a high-quality mattress (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a flick of the wrist. This room has direct access to the terrace and can be darkened. The activity room is separated from the kitchen area by a curtain.
There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor, which offers a washbasin, WC and shower as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for free use.
Via the open staircase in the entrance area you reach the upper floor. Here you first enter a spacious, bright area with seating and directly connected terrace with sun loungers. On the wind-protected terrace you can enjoy the first sun rays of the year with a fantastic view of the lagoon.
The upper floor
On the upper floor there are two south-facing bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), large wardrobe and satellite TV (55 "). Opposite each of the two bedrooms is a large bathroom with spacious, floor-level showers. A free-standing bathtub invites you to take a cosy relaxing bath.
In the right wing of the upper floor there is another bedroom with a fold-out leather couch with high-quality mattress (1.80 m x 2.00 m) for two persons as well as a wardrobe and satellite TV (43 "). This room can be darkened.
A highlight of relaxation is the sauna with infrared function glazed to the front and connected relaxation room. The lighting with colour-changing mode and the hidden music system ensure atmospheric sauna sessions.
In front of the house are two spacious garages, each designed for two cars, one of which is included in the rental price (dimensions: 4.60 m x 2.10 m).
All windows and doors, except for the large sliding doors on the ground floor, are fitted with insect screens. To protect against the sun, the entire south side has electrically controlled textile screens.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Bansin as well as the lively beach promenade of Swinemünde in neighbouring Poland can be reached after a 15-minute drive.
Within walking distance is the restaurant "Der Rote Baron" in the style of aviation romance. Enjoy high-quality food and fine drinks on the cosy sun terrace with a front-row view of legendary aviators.
Direct neighbour of the adventure restaurant is the exhibition area "Hangar 10" with a special aircraft collection and climbing park.
By bike you can quickly reach the Kamminker natural beach with a bathing opportunity at the Szczecin Lagoon (3 km away). We recommend a visit to the fish smokehouse "Klönsnack" at Kammink harbour. You will find other idyllic natural beaches in Prätenow and Stolpe at a distance of about 4-5 km.

The base price is valid for an occupancy of the villa with up to 6 persons. For additional persons, a surcharge of 20,00 € / night and person will be charged. On request, up to 10 people can be accommodated. A high-quality folding bed (0.90 m x 2.00 x) is available for the 9th and 10th person.
We provide linen packages (bed linen and towels) for your stay (included in the total price). Sauna packages (bathrobe and 2 sauna towels) can be provided on request (12,50 EUR per person). For an infant, a high chair and a baby cot with linen (EUR 5.00 / day each) can be provided for a fee.
A contact person on site is always available.
A deposit of € 1,500.00 must be paid before arrival, which will be refunded by bank transfer no later than 7 days after departure, provided that the holiday accommodation has been returned without damage.

Top Villa by the Lagoon
Those seeking peace are in the right place! Very exclusive house directly by the water (Haff), very quietly located for relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle in Heringsdorf.
The house has an exclusive furnishing with a top-equipped kitchen, huge rooms whether bathroom, bedroom, or living room, which are very spacious with large panoramic windows. The view of the water is unique. It leads directly from the living room or kitchen to the very large terrace with a whirlpool and beautiful lounge furniture. The very large gas fireplace is one of a kind.
We were received very kindly and given an introduction. There isn't much for shopping nearby, but in 15 minutes, you can get to Rewe.
We were here for 10 days and really enjoyed it. Okay, it’s not cheap, but worth every cent.
