The beautiful holiday home (max. 4 people) with small pool (chlorine), BBQ outdoor area and small pool terrace, as well as a boat mooring of approx. 11m, is located in a well-kept and quiet residential area of the holiday resort Empuriabrava.
The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are approx. 1500 m away and can be easily reached on foot in about 15 min., by car in about 5 min. In approx. 700 m you reach the small supermarket of Camping Rubina, in about 5 minutes by car, by bicycle approx. In 10 min. you can reach the center with its shops and restaurants in Empuriabrava.
The well-kept property has two outdoor terraces with a boat mooring, loungers and garden furniture, and at the entrance a parking space on the enclosed property, as well as a garage. You receive German TV channels via satellite TV and Wi-Fi via fiber optic. The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped, including a 3-burner ceramic stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as sufficient dishes for four people.
The house has 2 bedrooms (one large bedroom with bed size approx. 160 x 200 cm and bathroom with bathtub and shower function, one small bedroom with bed size approx. 140 x 200 cm, with small shower room without toilet, separate toilet, dining room and living room with access to the outdoor terrace with gas grill, etc.). , air conditioning in the living room and access to the dining room.
A washing machine is available for you in the garage.
The house is secured by an alarm system and has Wi-Fi (fiber optic).

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach "Rubina" or the main beach of Empuriabrava, can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes, as well as the centre with its bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are located at approx. 1000 m at Camping Rubina or approx. 1500 m at "Alberes Comercial" or Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona.
The supermarkets Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached by car in approx. 5 min.
In the immediate vicinity of Empuriabrava there are many good and partly traditional restaurants with Mediterranean and international cuisine.
The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprise. It has tourist centres and virgin landscapes, such as the natural parks of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l`Empordá and, besides Empuriabrava, other places worth visiting: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí - Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradellada, the Monastery of Montserrat, the Dalí Museum and the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way, you will get to see the landscapes and work of the genius painter who described himself as divine.
Activities
On not so nice days, the Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries is highly recommended.
Empuriabrava and the surrounding area offers a wide range of sports, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.
All along the coast there are opportunities for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, golf, mini golf, tennis, tours / excursions by quart, wave pool, parachute jumping, mountain hikes and walks along the coast, skiing (until April) and much more.
In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts where you can enjoy skiing until April. From Empuriabrava it takes about 2-3 hours to get there. So a day ski tour is also worthwhile.
The tourist centres offer numerous city trips, e.g. Barcelona, Lloret de Mar or to the Montserrat monastery.
Every Saturday, a colourful market takes place in Empuriabrava, on the beach road.
