The attractively furnished holiday home (max. 4 people) with separate studio (max. 2 people), both with air conditioning, located in a large garden in a pleasant and quiet residential area of the resort Empuriabrava. The beach and promenade with shops and restaurants are 800-1000 m away and easily reached on foot.
The well-maintained complex has a large swimming pool (8 x 4m), winter garden with a barbecue, patio and lawn and garden chairs. Both the main house and studio German television programs via satellite TV to be received. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, including 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher and plenty of dishes for six people. Furthermore, in the conservatory will give a washing machine.
House, conservatory, studio and garden provide plenty of space with 600 m² of floor space. With two bathrooms and an outdoor shower you do not come up with 6 people in the way. If you want to rent only the main house, the studio is not rented anderwärtig. Dogs are welcome.
Additional amenities include a parking space on the enclosed property and another in front of the garage entrance. A lockable access to the pool area and barred windows with mosquito repellent.

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly beach, and the center can be reached in about 10 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity is a nice mini-golf course where they can mini golf morning profusely fun up at 02:00.
Only 50 meters away is one of the beautiful water channels. If you bring a boat or rent locally, you can rent a boat dock daily or weekly here.
The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are within about 10-15 minutes.
A German bakery, Metger and pharmacies in about 5 minutes. by car. Empuriabrava is to create a place with the largest marina in Europe and to realize. The power of working canals extending to a length of over 30 kilometers through the city and has 5000 wharfs.
Over the years Empuriabrava has grown to a considerable size. More and more German populated the beautiful part of the Ampurdan and has this marked with its western style. However, the Mediterranean has remained and each region is characterized by its national and regional characteristics.
The coast offers many active sports, including water skiing, surfing Kide, wind surfing, jet skiing, diving, canyoning, hiking, parachuting, riding waves in the wave pool, a Windoor more.
Few places in the world can make a morning hike or skiing and afternoon swim in the sea, fishing or sailing. The high peaks of the Canigó or the Ski Resort "La Molina" you can reach us in about one and a half hours. Closer still is the nature reserve "l'Albera" the gentlest part of the Pyrenees, whose feet sink into the sea and in Garriguella you can visit the Tortoise Breeding Centre.
Further, various city trips, including Barcelona, Lloret d`Mar, Montserrat Monastery ...... offered.

The Costa Brava is the coast that most evokes admiration and surprise. It harbors tourist resorts and virgin landscapes, such as the Natural Park of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l`Empordá and next Empuriabrava are other places worth seeing: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí - Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradelada, Montserrat monastery, the Dalí Museum as well as the home and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you get the landscapes and the work of the brilliant painter, who described himself as divine to see.
On not so sunny days is highly recommended the Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries.
Empuriabrava and the surrounding area offers a variety of sports, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.
All along the coast there are opportunities for Kidesurfen, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, golf, mini golf, tennis, tours / excursions by quart, mountain walks and hikes along the coast, skiing (until April) and much more
In La Molina or Andorra there are beautiful resorts where you can attend to April skiing. From Empuriabrava it takes about 2-3 hours driving time. So worth a day ski trip.
Furthermore, many city trips are offered, including Barcelona, Lloret de Mar or to Montserrat.
Every Saturday in Empuriabrava, on the beach road, a sought, colorful market place.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönem Poolbereich
Bereits zum 2. Mal nach 2019 waren wir diesen Sommer (2020) zu Gast im schönen "Casa Chrisika". Das Haus bietet neben einer guten Ausstattung in einer ruhigen Lage vor allem viel Platz zum Chillen. Sowohl am Pool als auch auf der Terrassenseite stehen Liegen bereit. Sehr schön: Am Pool sorgt ein großes, gespanntes Sonnensegel für Schatten, so dass man nicht den ganzen Tag durchbraten muss.
Die Lage gefällt uns gut - nicht am Kanal (dadurch weniger Mücken), 3min mit dem Fahrrad zum Supermarkt (2 Fahrräder stehen zur Nutzung bereit), ca. 10-15min zu Fuß bis zum Strand, ca. 100m bis zum Minigolf Platz...
Für größere Einkäufe liegen Aldi, Lidl, und weitere Supermärkte im Umkreis von 5 Autominuten.
Im Haus sind in beiden Wohneinheiten Klimaanlagen installiert - lediglich der Wintergarten (in dem der Esstisch steht) wird durch diese nicht erreicht.
Der ganze Küchenbereich wurde in 2020 renoviert und es ist jetzt sehr hell und sieht super aus. Ceran Herd mit Ofen ist neu, Mikrowelle ist neu, Spülmaschine sieht neu aus, Kühlschrank incl. Gefrierfach ist groß genug, um 6 Personen zu versorgen.
Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und hochwertig mit allem, was notwendig ist.
Vor allem aber auch vielen Dank an Diana und René, die auf jede Frage prompt reagieren und mit Rat und Tat unterstützen.
Die Umgebung bietet gute Möglichkeit zu Ausflügen - vor allem (aber nicht nur) das Dali Museum (ca. 30min) und das Dali Haus (ca. 40 min) haben uns Spaß gemacht.
Wir werden definitiv versuchen, auch nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen!

Familienurlaub Sommer 2020
Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist optimal, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen wunderschönen Poll, der stets kontrolliert wird. Auch das dritte Jahr in Folge waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Stelle. Danke dafür. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon aufs nächste Jahr.
