The entire house is tastefully furnished with high quality and finished with Italian marble, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and guest toilet, all windows with electric shutters.
Villa Kingdom is located in a prime, quiet residential area known as Cap Ras.
The ground floor begins with an impressive entrance hall area where there is a guest bathroom and a stairway leading to the upper floor. Next you arrive in the huge living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the views of the swimming pool and terrace area. It is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set and flat screen satellite TV.
The separate dining area with table and chairs, is air-conditioning and has views over the swimming pool and access to the outdoor terrace.
The recently refurbished, ultra modern fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer with ice and cold water system, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary crockery you will need.
There is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor which contains a double bed, and the luxurious bathroom has a shower, toilet, and double sink. It has direct access onto the breakfast patio.
On the upper floor there are 4 further bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed (2 x 2 m), air conditioning, satellite TV, wardrobes, and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and canal.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed (1,60 x 2 m), wardrobes, and a window overlooking the canal.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, wardrobes and a window overlooking the entrance of the house.
The large family bathroom has a bath tub, separate shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine.
(Bedroom 4 ) The master suite has a king size bed ( x 2 m) and is positioned to take full advantage of the views over the canal with the Pyrenees in the distance. It has a luxurious bath in the middle of the room with a separate shower, toilet and double sink.
The magnificent outside garden area has a super large swimming pool (12 x 4 m) with automatic water inlet. The pool has Roman steps to invite you in to the cool water and there is also a relaxing water fountain.
The comfortable patio area is tastefully furnished with outdoor garden furniture including table and chairs for 10 people and relaxing sun loungers near the pool. It also has a barbecue area in the garden which is lawned and has direct access to the canal with private boat moorings attached which is approximately 12 metres in length.
In the secluded courtyard of the house there is space for 3 cars and the house has an alarm system for your safety.

Dog barking all night
Whenever the neighbor lets his dog out to do its business, the endless barking starts. Unfortunately, it happens as early as six in the morning. Today, the neighbor stayed out overnight. The whole night barking.
Now we have been taking sleeping pills for a week to keep ourselves somewhat afloat. This is not a vacation.

A dream house
A beautiful villa with a great location. Unfortunately, there is air conditioning only in two of the five bedrooms. The quality of some furniture and beds is not optimal but rather "very simple," which does not match the quality standard of the house. The house is rented for 10 people, yet there are only 8 chairs. A capsule coffee machine is mentioned in the description; unfortunately, it is one for coffee pads. The great pool, the wonderful, quiet location, and the otherwise great amenities made it easy to overlook the small "flaws" and did not detract from a fantastic vacation.

Unser Ferienhaus DIE VILLA ist für 8 Personen mit 4 Schlafzimmer ausgeschrieben (und nicht für 10 Pers. mit 5 Schlafzimmern)- ebenso steht in der Auschreibung nur "Kaffeemaschine".
Das Haus verfügt über eine "ZENTRAL-KLIMA für das gesamte Haus und damit auch Klima für ALLE SCHLAFZIMMER.
Alle Möbel und Betten - alles hochwertige Qualität und alles NEU seit 2019.
Vielleicht hat der Kunde der Bewertung vom August 2019 unsere Beschreibung nicht richtige gelesen oder das Haus bei der Bewertung verwechselt ?
