Spacious apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house, with separate entrance. The apartment is bright and friendly designed. There is air conditioning in the living-dining area. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea water channel. The 2-family house is located on an approx. 540 m² large property, directly at the sea water canal.
On the canal and garden side there is a pool of approx. 8 x 4 m and a jetty of approx. 12 m available.
Note: The pool is available for guests on the ground floor for their sole use or when renting the entire house. If the apartment is rented on the 1st floor (without ground floor), guests are not entitled to use the pool and boat berth.
The apartment on the 1st floor has a living space of approx. 50 m², plus balcony approx. 15 m², with small kitchenette, living-dining room with air conditioning, winter garden, 1 bedroom and bathroom.

The main beach and the centre with its shops, bars and restaurants are about 2000 m away. The pedestrian bridges of the canals take about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre.
