Great stay!

Very good stay in this apartment with a view of the Canyelles Petites bay.
There is nothing missing in this apartment!
The beds are comfortable, the view is beautiful, the terrace gets sun for a good part of the day, and the private closed garage are real advantages.
For the appreciated details: there are small beach games for children, 2 toilets in the apartment, and umbrellas (including one for the beach).
Communication is easy with Erich and Diana. Diana is available, multilingual, and friendly.
A great way to spend a good vacation!!!

We were a family with 2 children at the end of July for a beach holiday in this beautiful holiday home. We agree with all the positive comments. The house is very cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. The communal pool was a welcome leisure activity for our children. The location is already exclusive and is even on the route of the Roses Train Express. Mr. Schroeteler is the best landlord you can imagine. Thanks again for this nice contact. The holiday home will definitely remain a secret address for our family in Roses.

Everything is top and as described!

We had a great 2 weeks at the turn of the year 2021/2022. 3 hours of sun every day in the afternoon on the balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. The promenade invites you for a walk in the evening. Flat clean, very well equipped and everything you need. Very good service and very good tips for your stay from the Sachon family!
