Description
In the carport there is a HODURA foosball table, a Kettler 8 table tennis table that can be set up in front of the carport, 6 Hercules Uno 7 bicycles (which we rent out). The courtyard is closed off by a garage door and a door. In front of the carport on the property, two vehicles can be parked, and another vehicle can be parked in front of the entrance outside the property. At the front of the property, there is a beautiful planted stone wall; along the driveway, a great red robin hedge. In the garden, where the terrace is, it is enclosed on two sides by a 3-meter fence and at the back by a privacy wall made of wood, on which a photovoltaic system is installed. Another photovoltaic system for green electricity generation is installed on the carport. In the evening hours, LED ground lights illuminate the hedge, fence, and privacy screen with an attractive light.

In the carport there is an Outdoor 8 table tennis table from Kettler available for our guests, a high-quality HODURA outdoor football table, a GRP rowing boat with transport trolley for the Baltic Sea 2.80 x 1.45 m and in the outdoor area there is a stainless steel outdoor shower hot/cold, 6 high-quality Hercules bicycles can be rented immediately for the stay. For the little ones and the big ones, 2 "trolleys"are available for free use. Cots and 2 highchairs are available. Sauna and whirlpool are free to use all year round. For bookings of 14 days, a free intermediate is provided on request (approx. 30 min.). Basic bathroom and kitchen equipment is provided. The rental price includes use of the sauna, indoor and outdoor whirlpool, outdoor shower, handcart, use of the garden and beach chair, 2 highchairs, 2 children's beds, outdoor table football, rowing boat, outdoor table tennis. A PC with a DSL RAM IP internet connection is available for the stay, including WLAN network in the whole house can also be used free of charge. Bread rolls, newspaper, cakes, eggs, milk, butter, sausage etc. can be ordered on site by arrangement. Delivery is made by an external supplier and is not included in the rental price. |
Cancellation terms:
Up to 14 days after the contract is signed, a cancellation is possible without any cost (not possible for short-term bookings). From the 15th day onwards, 10% of the rental price is charged, from 30 days before arrival 25%, from 15 days before arrival 50%, and from 5 days before arrival 90%.

Top vacation in a great house
We, 8 people from Lower Saxony, stayed in this really great holiday home in Groß Schwansee from 29.06 - 06.07.2019. Our expectations of such a great information folder were very high, and what awaited us in Groß Schwansee on 29.06.2019 was pure enthusiasm, it couldn't have been better! The garden with outdoor whirlpool, outdoor shower, and sauna kota was really fantastic. And then a great covered terrace, what more could you want. The weather was great, we had great evenings! We were never bored. There was table football and table tennis for that. Our boys were thrilled, it was the best house we've had in 20 years. And then the great reception and departure by the very sympathetic housekeeper Steffi. It couldn't have been better. We will definitely come back!

Urlaub zum Entspannen
We stayed at the accommodation in April. After a slightly bumpy start, we were able to spend a very relaxed holiday there. The new sauna is very nice and the hot tub is inviting for relaxation. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. When the sun shines, you can relax very well in the beautiful garden. All in all, we were satisfied.

Autumn vacation with family
Great house with many extras including the fantastic covered and heated outdoor pool. The size of the house and layout of the rooms are great, so that 4 adults and 4 children could be accommodated well. The location in Groß Schwansee is very quiet and a bit further away from shopping facilities and restaurants. All in all, a great vacation.
