Location and surroundings of object
The newly built holiday village with its typical Baltic reed houses is located in Zirchow, in the south of the island of Usedom. Here you can enjoy your holiday away from the tourist strongholds. Nevertheless, it is only about 10 kilometres to the wide sandy beaches and the imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf. The bathing beach in Kamminke (4 km) is ideal for children. The beach on the Szczecin Lagoon slopes gently and the water here is usually warmer than in the Baltic Sea. You can easily reach the small fishing village with smokehouse by bike.
Zirchow is the perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet and for families. Heringsdorf airport is only a few hundred metres away, but only small sightseeing flights and very few scheduled flights take off here in the high season. Hangar10 at the airport invites you to take a trip with its playland and aircraft exhibition.
You can reach neighbouring Poland in just a few minutes by car. Take a detour to the harbour town of Swinemünde for a little shopping tour or a purchase at the border supermarket. You should definitely visit the imperial spas with their famous architecture and the piers. An excursion to Karls Erlebnishof in Koserow (29 km) with many attractions and regional products is especially popular with younger travellers. Otherwise, you can also explore the island by bike or use the Usedom Bäderbahn between Ahlbeck and Wolgast.

Peaceful holiday
The house is very nicely arranged. The furnishings are good; there is everything you need. The photos in the description correspond to reality, which we found to be accurate. In every room, the windows have mosquito nets that keep all the mosquitoes away.
The location is very quiet. Those looking for a peaceful holiday away from tourism will find this place perfect. And it's easy to get anywhere by car.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
A beautiful little vacation house in a peaceful location near the airport (no planes take off or land during the week). The bathroom includes a shower with a sauna, as well as a toilet and sink. It is the ideal location for our Usedom vacation. You can quickly reach the Kaiserbäder or even Poland. The tranquility is absolutely overwhelming, you can't hear a thing. (Although we were there in November). Perfect for 3 adults or a family with children. Thank you very much.
