Welcome to "My little Zanzibar - House 1" - the first of our two beautiful fish houses in Zirchow and equipped with all the comforts of a top holiday home. In the middle of nature and yet close to the city: in only 8 km you can reach the imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin with their fantastic fine sandy Baltic beaches.
Relax in a well-kept house furnished in cosy colours. It is ideal for 4 adults or families with 3 children and worth a trip at any time of year, because a perfectly equipped fisherman's house with fireplace and sauna awaits you. After your sauna session, slip into a cosy bathrobe and linger on a beautiful property with old trees.
Within a 3-minute walk you have a fantastic view of the water from the high point of the lagoon. "My little Zanzibar - House 1" is located in the south in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park with its forests, meadows and lakes.
The heart of the house is our modern kitchen, equipped with brand-name appliances. A chic cooking island with ceramic hob and counter with bar stools is the meeting point of the house. The kitchen is equipped with fondue, raclette, an extra-high dishwasher, built-in microwave, oven and a large fridge-freezer combination. Original polish pottery for 12 people adds to the atmosphere.
There is also a washing machine at your disposal.
In all rooms, we have placed great emphasis on pleasant colours and homely lighting.

Location and surroundings of object
The fishing village of Zirchow is located directly in the nature park in the south of the island of Usedom with its forests, meadows and lakes and is for nature-loving guests who still appreciate a beautiful starry sky
The neighbouring village of Korswandt is only 3 km away. It is known for its large golf course "Baltic Hills" and a beautiful bathing lake.
This lake, the "Wolgastsee", is romantically nestled between beautiful deciduous trees and inviting benches and it is a pleasure to walk here.
i will say to the moment: "Stay, you are so beautiful" - here you are completely at one with nature.
A jetty with pedal and rowing boat hire and a small bathing beach make for a wonderful holiday. For the small appetite, the bistro by the lake offers a good selection and for gourmets we recommend the "Idyll am Wolgastsee".

We were looking for a quiet and cozy house in the countryside in December before the Christmas hustle and found this gem of a house. Tastefully and lovingly furnished, it offers something for every taste. The kids loved the loft bed and played a lot in their imaginative room. One didn't have the feeling of being in a sterile holiday home, but rather visiting friends. We're coming back in July!

Toll, child-friendly and super location! In this house, you miss nothing, but have a little luxury oasis for yourself. We would love to have this kitchen at home too! The dishwasher mounted at eye level is perfect when you cook and bake a lot. We were particularly taken with the kitchen island. We have been to Zirchow several times and appreciate the nature and charm of the small village. Excursions are easily possible in all directions from here. The Fisherman's House Sansibar is located near the lagoon, and we enjoyed sitting here in the evenings with a glass of wine, taking in the view of the water. In the meantime, we can be called regular guests of Usedom, as we have already been there 12 times. This time, we visited the small Sansibar for the first time and were really annoyed – namely, that we only discovered this beautiful house now. The location by the Szczecin Lagoon is great. Beautiful relaxing holiday
Cosy fisherman's house, very modern and romantically furnished. You feel like you are in an old captain's house, newly built, very very cosy, bright and comfortable. You have to have a car to get to the nearest supermarkets and the proximity to Poland is especially recommended. Worth a trip in all areas and especially for shopping and going shopping, as well as very good restaurants.

Super stay
The holiday in Usedom was great. The little Sansibar was tastefully and efficiently furnished, with everything you need at home and more (the wonderful kitchen island). I can only say, I recommend this house. If I vacation in Usedom again, I will gladly return to it.

Worth a trip in any weather
We were at the small Zanzibar at the beginning of the year and also now in the summer, and it was delightful both times. You simply feel comfortable here due to the loving and very thoughtful decor. Very perfect amenities. We look forward to seeing you again next year.
